    I made an order for supplements in good faith believing that NUTRIESSENTIAL understood their business model and delivery options. Before I placed the order, I specifically asked Customer Support if they deliver to (******) Spain where I live 6 months a year. I did not place order until Nutriessential Customer Support told me it was done all the time. I made the purchase of $296.43 on July 22nd. Since then I have diligently tracked the order and it was approaching 2 months, I looked at the delivery details and discover that it never clear Customs in ***** and was returned back to the **. When I made an inquiry, the **************** *** said no refunds as it was soley my responsiblity to understand the Customs requirements. I am out nearly $300 on a transaction I made in good faith and Nutriessentials are more than happy to stick me with the cost and NO product. Very dishonest of NUTRIESSENTIAL to lie and say they could deliver, take my money and then claim no refund.

    I recently placed my second order with Nutriessential. The first experience was excellent, but during the second order, I received an incorrect item. I reached out to their customer service team, who responded promptly. After a brief investigation, they arranged to ship the correct product at no additional cost. I truly appreciate their high-quality products and exceptional customer service, which reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Refuse to refund products that are undeliverable after 5 weeks and then make excuses that clearly are lies and fabrication like the producer of the supplement ordered does not allow refunds, yet on the supplement producers website it clearly states free refunds on unopened packages.They also report an A+ with BBB on their website.. but clearly if you are here you see it is at most a B

    I’m all the way down under in Australia, I ordered adrenal rebuilder thinking it would take forever to get delivered, but once I received a tracking number from nutriessential, I kept track of my delivery all the way to my front door, it was a straight forward service, Thankyou, ******

    If I could leave a 0 I would. Bought my products Sept 22 and they didn't even create the shipping label until Oct 1 to send it. It says on their website they ship to other countries - I live in ****** - and once I landed here in *********** there was an issue with the type of shipping that was selected by me. Why was that option even available? How am I supposed to know this would be an issue? My package was returned to them and they are now saying I have to pay for the shipping again and they refused giving me a refund. ******!

    I was worried because the source we were getting Mom's blood pressure carditone supplements from said he was no longer supplying them. I was so happy we found you and were able to order. Shipping was fast and we have a supply for a few months. Please do not stop shipping to ******! Thank you so much!!

    I buy one thing from Nutriessential and that is a protein drink that not many other places have. I have been using it for years and I am grateful they carry the specific brand. I have had no issues with them in the years I have purchased from them.
