      The absolute worst most unprofessional company and customer service A former resident and when I moved out of 1 of their neighborhoods they tried charging me late fees plus extra. When I moved out, I had to pay my rent late that month and when I got my paper, they were charging me late fees saying that I wasn't charged one at that time so i now have to pay it plus $5 moving out. There may have been a "glitch" in the system according to a manager so that falls on me too. Now considering finding an attorney. This man *********************** was BEYOND disrespectful and refused to let me speak! The actual ******************* was only open from 10am-2pm however, the door remained locked, and they did not answer the phone EVER! I could write a book about this but to sum it all up don't do it. This company is far from worth the stress, and money by all means and you will regret it. They care about the money not the people paying.

      ******************** lived at Heritage Pines from 7/1/2021 to 12/31/2023. Upon move out, charges were made to her account for early termination and various damage fees. The late fees were charged for the November and December rent payments which were paid on 11/9/2023 and 12/11/2023, respectively. As noted in her lease, all rent payments are due by the 3rd of the month to avoid a late charge. ******************** sent a dispute to our office 2/2/2024 and it was answered via a certified mail receipt mailed on 2/14/2024. ******************** was offered a discount in order to clear her account. Notes in the Collections database indicate that ******************** called on 2/21/2024 still objecting to the late fees. She was advised she could send an additional dispute, if needed. She was reported as having used bad language on the call. We strive at answer all disputes with courtesy and professionalism.

      Absolutely terrible customer service that was rude and unhelpful in every way. They took $340 from each of our three applicants and kept saying we made a mistake when we applied and shouldn't have paid that much. I called and got someone who was incredibly mean and yelled at me saying it was my fault. These people will take your money and not refund it with no remorse even if it's their fault. I will never buy anything from these terrible people.

      So I live in the Hammock of *******************, Ive been here for 3 1/2 years. Ive had little to no problems but anytime you try to reach the leasing office or anyone within the leasing office. You either get no response from the phone call or it takes them days to answer your email. Last month when I went to go pay my rent on the first they were trying to charge me a $55 fee in error. I reached out to through Phone calls multiple times. No response, I then emailed and I did not get anything back until the following day. Unfortunately by then, my rent wouldve already been late.Unfortunately, Im not able to drive and where the leasing office is is about 25 minutes away. I also work a full-time job ***** hours per day, every single day, except for one, Sunday. Mind you Ive already spoke to someone within the leasing office that does know this information since I moved in.Because of the extra $55, I ended up turning in a money order for my rent but they still charged me a $95 late fee. What makes me so upset is you were charging me a fee that was an error and that I was trying to get off of my account and because no can can answer, it made my rent late. And ************** isnt going to waive the $95 late fee even though it was their fault that there was an error on my account.The point is no one ever answers the phone. It takes days for them to answer an email. I just had to pay an extra $95 tacked onto my rent because management ****** up my account last month by adding an extra $55 and because they dont answer. And it wasnt taken off until after rent was late.

      Thank you for your email. We are sorry you have had a difficult time reaching our staff for ********************* after the holidays. Upon reviewing your rental ledger, we do see that the additional $55 late fee that was charged automatically in error was credited back for December on 1/17/24. Our records indicate you spoke with someone about the rent amount due on the 1/3/24 and we agreed to accept your rent on site the same day to avoid an additional late fee. However, you did not return with your payment until the 5th of the month and this is why a late fee was charged for ******** As you know, rent is due on or before the 1st day of the month. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive your late fees for ********

      BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE! Terrible customer service the ladies in the front office. All they do is send letters and notification of "violations" that aren't accurate of proven it came from my household. You feel like your walking on egg shells here!!!!!! Doesn't not feel like home feels like a MILITARY CAMP. My daughter cant come over to visit with my grandchildren because they make too much noise TODDLERS its disrupting the please they were literally here for 2 HOURS and we got a violation letter. I got accused of playing "LOUD MUSIC " I have 2 jobs barely never home! They automatically assumed and harassed me like it as me without INVESTIGATING! The neighbor ME morning, afternoon, 2am, 3am! is always slamming the ceiling with a broom or whatever! She submits a complain if she hears any noise that includes " if i drop a spoon, i drop my phone, they file a complaint and automatically issue " violation notifications of disturbance. The fact that they dont 1st investigate with "PROOF" and ready to kick you out is insane!!If you have a complaint and dont know where to contact the Concord Rents *********************** ******************** *************** is located in ********, ** and File a complaint so they can email district and regional manager because and everyone else here with a 1 star review and 100% correct and the ladies in the office a TERRIBLE!       I had applied for a 4 bedroom apartment on 7/18/2023. I was told they would have one available on Nov. i have not heard anything from them. In total i have payed $530. i have called and left emails and nothing. I dont even know why they collected the $350 if none was available. I need my refund. waste of time and energy getting everything together.

      Worst property you could ever move to. The leasing agents here at this community (Cape Morris Cove) are very mean and nasty. Every other month theres a new agent because someone left the company. Your rent amount will always change and they literally do not answer the phone at all. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere more peaceful to live.

      Rental rates are not updated every other month; however ********************** currently participates in the ***** program and there can be rental increase or decreases while a person is living at our community. We take pride in our communities and customer service and do our best to ensure follow up is completed timely, including the calls you made to the office were all responded to promptly. As it was explained to you in the last conversation you had with our team, you will receive a final security deposit statement that will be sent to your forwarding address and should have any additional questions or concerns please contact us at that time.

      I applied to Town West Senior Apartments in Port Orange.. 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom. I gave them a $90 application fee which I know is not refundable. I gave them everything they asked for, including a $350 room deposit. My portal was put on HOLD, so I wasn’t able to check my account. I waited and waited, but never heard from them again. Last week I received a call from them advising me they have an apt. I couldn’t wait any longer, and found a different apt. I asked for my $350 back but was advised that they will not return it to me until every apt. In the complex is rented!! Working with these people has been a nightmare. NO COMMUNICATION! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As the community is currently full and we no longer have a unit to offer you, we can process your $350 refund. This has been requested and the refund will be back on the card of your original form of payment.

      They are super ready to take your $90 application fee and $350 waiting list fee but as soon as that money goes to them they are M.I.A. $440 down the drain in my apartment search after I was told to fill out an application and that someone would reach out to me within 24 hours after doing that and I was never contacted about the application. I understand they are busy but a month goes by and you cant respond to emails or phone messages?? The cherry on top is that corporate is fully aware of this claiming they’re “so backed up” but are not willing do absolutely anything about it. Also, I was contacted by corporate IMMEDIATELY after they received notice that I disputed the money with my bank because this terribly managed apartment company failed to do the bare minimum like even process my application or keep me informed of the process. The company is “too busy” to effectively do their actual jobs but are quick to collect money for services that they don’t provide. Pressured into paying $440 and got absolutely nothing in return. Considered a SCAM to me and leaves me extremely curious as to what the employees do all day. If someone else from corporate is reading this, I hope you can help me by erasing me from your debt list. I have absolutely no interest in living in the most poorly managed apartment complex I have experienced in my entire housing search and I truly regret my attempt to get on a waiting list here.

      We received an application from Ms. ******** on 10/26/2023. The property emailed Ms. ******** on 10/26 giving information about the community, wait list, etc. On 11/20, it was noted that both the application fee and holding fee had been disputed by the applicant. We are not holding the applicant liable for the holding fee due to the lack of availability. However, the $90 is a non-refundable charge as noted in the application, so the file was sent to Collections. At this time, only the $90 is owed.

      I have called daily, sometimes twice daily, for two weeks! I have yet to hear anything but a recording promising to return my call. I have left message after message to no avail! Apparently, **** **** ****** ****. just doesn't care. How can that be? I even tried the corp. office number in Maitland. Again NOTHING! How unfair to the already concerned Florida Senior that they are "baiting!" Wow!
