      Before posting this online review, I tried to communicate with Sentry headquarters or executive staff and was refused access to them. In fact, the call center agent hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

      So instead of trying to sort out their dirty laundry in house, here is my public review. This review is in regard to the Leesburg, VA, office. As a customer seeking assistance, I was ignored or received untimely responses to many of my requests. Worse, my real estate agent and I received incorrect information from the community manager, which has never been acknowledged by her or the Division President. I was treated rudely and dismissed. No one in the Leesburg office was willing to take ownership of my issue or would step up to personally advocate my position to resolve it. Instead, I was bounced around, required to research the issue myself, and even blamed.

      Unfortunately, Sentry has no interest in learning about deficiencies with their staff or has a willingness to address them.

      When you call them, the phone is answered with a message that their service standard is "kindness and professionalism." That is the biggest joke ever! I was treated condescendingly, provided incorrect information, ignored, and blamed for their errors.

      Do not use this management company for your property.

      I submit a request for a Lender Specific Question Air for a loan to buy a Condo and the bank need the Owner Occupancy enter on the form as question in order to be approve for the loan.
      Sentry Mgmt. charged me $409.95 fee online for 2 business day to process for a Lender Specific Question Air before my closing on 4/18/23.
      The bank gave me few days extra to get the Lender Specific Question Air with the information listed on the documents "Owner Occupancy %" the answer i received after several calls made to Sentry Mgmt. Representative Jasmine, Avery and Christine they cannot disclose the information because if not being track and will not refund my money.
      My realtor and branch manager reach out to Sentry Mgmt same response was received.
      Out of pocket $400.00 plus application fee $9.95 lost because they cannot track how many owners lives in the unit.
      FYI: you leave a request for a call back with no return calls on-top of that.
      God know well and the Condo was not meant to be.!

      Sentry Management is turning our building into a dump. No accountability. You can’t get work completed. No response ever on work orders.

      Impossible to contact via phone or email. Community managers will ignore multiple emails. They will refuse to pick up the phone and will drop/hangup your call non-stop.

      This is third year that Sentry managed our townhouse HOA, and been nightmare from the beginning. we had 2 assessment, one in 2021, and one in 2022 each $2000 in addition to the monthly dues, to fix the chimney and roof, then in 2023 they ask to pay $1500 additional, because the material cost for contractor. Why they make a such contract with no binding to the original contract.
      In August of 2022 they towed my car, without giving me warning and that is required by HOA's handbook, i took them to Small Claim Court and the judge order in my favor and force them to pay for towing and court cost. Now I found out Sentry charging me over $3800 for attorney fees.
      I contacted property manager and ask to speak with HOA's president, she said have them contact me, this is a month ago an nobody contact me, and that is the reason they have a board to resolve homeowner issues, she ask me "what do I want to talk with HOA's president".
      This company is just trying to make money regardless of right or wrong.

      ********* **** ******** developers obtained Sentry for property management 2/1/22 after push from the homeowners. 5 (newer and older 5 years or less) homeowners met with Sentry VP Mike ****. We were sold that our concerns were valid and would be addressed. We were told that they would send a compliance vehicle to check for violations/violators. Meeting went well and we left hopeful that we would finally receive adequate support and property management having gone so long without it. We were hopeful that this company would help protect our investments and property values.
      We have residents who leave trash bins out daily, at street, and some place trash bags at street. Our CCRs state vehicles are not be left on street overnight. Random cars, tow trucks, semi trucks, and commercial vehicles parked for weeks or months on our streets. No action taken by Sentry. One of our residents is operating a rental car company from his unit causing unwanted unnecessary traffic. Customers and guests are impeding traffic blocking the driveways of homeowners. No action taken by Sentry. We asked for assistance with installing “no parking” signs to assist with our parking wars on our private streets. No success.
      We were informed by Clayton County Transportation and Development that the management company/developers have not paid ******* ***** and because of the unpaid bills this is the reason for the inoperable street lights.
      March 2023 we do not have operable street lights. We do not have common areas. No resident has had termite bond maintenance. Trash is left around the grounds. Besides lawn maintenance which is mediocre at best, there are no other maintenances being performed.
      The developers are now renting the unsold units which prolongs homeowners from taking over the HOA to release Sentry and hire a new property management company.
      Sentry is not serving the best interests of the community.

      Horrible customer service. The property is run down. Common areas are in disrepair with half-done projects for over a year. Stairs are blocked from use. If they answer an email it is evasive and non-committal. I wish I knew before I purchased the property. If I can ever get the building repaired to a point that the condominium is sellable I am getting out fast unless they change management companies,

      Very unhelpful people, never answered their phone, reply email with urgent questions. This company has everything but customer service. They do not care about their customers are their needs.
