      Do not belive a word they say, terrible company. I received a bad transmission, the 3 year warrenty is just to lure you in.

      Hello, sorry to hear that you are upset about the transmission you purchased in May of 2022. I see that part went bad in December of 2022. A warranty claim was opened and granted. You  were giving return instruction to return for a refund but you refuse to do so. We stand behind our warranty 100 percent. If you have anymore questions please reach out to us.

      You ship a faulty transmission, and expect the customer to pay toreturn it, all you do is lie and make excuses, anyone that trusts you or does business with *** is a fool, as I was.

      Scam of all scams they sent me a 5.4 3v engine with broken timing chain guides and cam phasers. After 4 months 30 emails they refund me less 20% for a bad engine they sold me.u have to pay return shipping for bad product. They gone win even when they send u a bad product customer looses. Scam scam they don't deserve a star

      Would have left a - 1 if able. I try to focus on the good some companies do and write good reviews and not bad on the not so good ones; but this "outfit" deserves the time. Ordered a so called " drive tested" cvt trans from this " company" for a 2010 nissan maxima. Received trans and mechanic removed the old and installed this "drive tested" trans. When mechanic teat drove the vehicle it was pouring fluid from pump gasket (If trans would have been so called "drive tested" this would have been obvious to a non mechanic ) so had to pay again to have trans pulled back out, pump gasket replaced; and trans reinstalled! Test drove and trans would not shift out of low range. Took car to nissan dealer and had ecm and tcm reflashed. No difference. Service tech said something "wrong" with trans. Took car to trans shop where they priced us a total of $3975 for rebuilt nissan trans and labor. Left the car with them and they were good enough to check the trans before replacing it and found the valve body was bad and replaced it. Operates like it should now. How can a " drive tested" trans with a really bad leak at pump gasket and hung up in low gear not be noticed by whoever " test drove " the trans? (Common sense) The only answer I received from them was the old go to " it was fine when it left here". HOW CAN THAT EVEN RESEMBLE THE TRUTH ? I guess the freight companies are now in the business of removing good valve bodies and replacing them with non functioning ones. This little endeavor with this company ended up costing us over 5k. This is partially my fault for thinking this company might do business like my great grandfather did at his ford dealership; honorable and took care of his customers but I'm afraid there is not many of those left as apperant with this transaction. Tried to file a what they call a "warranty " claim. " I need diagnostic codes and seal recpts" is what I was told. I'm sorry but seals don't cause a bad valve body. ( Common sense) hope this helps

      Wort company I ever worked with, customer service was absolutely horrible and the the warranty Manger needs to go. Sent me a transmission and looked like it sat in a swamp for 2 yrs had a shop take the pan off said they would not install it due to it not being any good, took the pictures they requested and they said it was fine. Sent it back 1300 for the transmission only sent me 739.00 back what a bunch of crooks, I hope someone shuts them down.

      Sorry to hear that you are upset about your experience with us. After reviewing your file looks like you were not happy with the used transmission that you received. Your mechanic believed that the part was not tested and did not work by the looks of it. Parts are tested and made sure they are in working order before they are pulled and shipped. These are used parts and will have some ware and tare but regardless are working parts. We do respect your mechanics opinion and you were giving the option to return, which is the route you took. Our contract clearly states that returned parts that are not wanted based on looks will have a 20% restocking fee. If you have any further questions please reach out to us. Thank you.

      Purchased a motor for a 2007 ***** pickup they sent me a motor for a **** suburban now those motors are compatible but technically is not what I ordered. The worst part about it is the water pump blew out and when I went to change it I notice that one of the bolts has been broke off and some one tried to drill it out but did not manage to fix it so the bolt hole was filled with silicone . Also the thermostat was completely missing from the engine and on the back of the water pump was covered in what seemed to be black glue. they said I was supposed to change the thermostat which was missing completely. So I am stuck with it if the reviews are anything to go by there "warranty" process would not have helped me either. BUYER BEWARE.

      Transmission for my **** *** 330i was bad. Multiple flushes of transmission revealed contaminants, then total mechanical failure. Despite providing all requested requested records, fault codesno response as to disposition of faulty transmission or vehicle. Finally contacted ***** on 5 Sept who reviewed our case and said we would receive a response in 24 to 36 hours. It is now 21 September and no response. Small Claims Court next.

      I was about to get a motor for my *** at a reasonable price. It was shipped and received in the quoted time. I called multiple places never heard anything back or was given the run around. Am auto came through!
