  This is NOT what I think , it is what i know. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL LIER'S . SHOWED ME PHOTOS OF THE ENGINE I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET 60,000 MILES. WHEN IT ARRIVES I PULL BACK THE SHRINK WRAP. IT WAS NOT THE ENGINE THEY SHOWED ME. IT WAS A TOTAL RUST BUCKET AND DIRTY IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS PULL OUT OF SOMTHING FROM JUNK YARD AND SHIPPED AS IS. THIS ENGINE WAS NOT AN ENGINE WITH 60.000 MILES. THEY TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY SENT ME ****. I REFUSED IT RIGHT OUT OF THE TRUCK, PULLED IT OUT LOOKED AT IT REFUSED IT. PUT IT RIGHT BACK ON THE TRUCK. BECAUSE I DID NOT OFFICIALY CANCEL CORRECTLY THEY KEPT ALL OF MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT WHAT THEY SAID I WAS GETTING.
  JUST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY. STAY CLEAR OF THEM
  I HAVE PHOTOS OF THE ENGINE IF ANYONE FROM BBB WANTS TO SEE THEM.

  Im emailing you back regarding the Engine claim for the 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. Your claims is been processed and approved. I apologize that the Engine you received does not meet your expectations.The warehouse has confirmed that the Engine was thoroughly tested before shipment, and we are providing a 3-year warranty upon installation. Due to the Engine being approved and deemed a well functioning and grade A Engine before leaving our warehouse. The next step is to ship the Engine back to finalize the claim process. In order to do this, you are required to ship the part back at your expense. Please ship part to address below within 30 days. Once part is back and inspected we will process a refund accordingly. They sent me the wrong motor n now they want me to pay to ship it back to them so they can ship me the right motor n they don’t want to pay the cost for having my installment the wrong motor they look just a like different hood ups that how he new it was the wrong motor.

  I purchased a engine for a 2001 explorer sport trac. they advertised a ****** mile engine for ****** I bought it and got a motor with ******* that has broken timing chains, missing timing chain cassett parts, and had jumped time. also a blown head gasket. and filled with mud in the engine oil pan. they said it was a tested engine and i do not know what i am talking about. they give a 3 year warranty but refuse to honor the warranty unless i install the engine. I asked for a refund and they will not. they keep saying i have a 3 year warranty that they will not honor unless i install this broken engine. Makes no sense. And will not address the bait and switch on the mileage. Do not buy from this company. I spoke to ****** and he is not going to make this right and does not care about his reputation. I have no way to recover my loses but perhaps i can keep someone else from going through the same experience.

  A&m used auto parts ripped me off they charged me $1,700 for a used motor when it got here it had a hole in the valve cover it had electrical parts that were broken off the carburetor also had a pipe that was broken off of it these parts you have to replace the entire part you can't just put a piece on it so therefore it would cost me thousands of dollars just to fix the motor that they sent me now they want me to pay for to send it back which is 8 to $1,000 I don't have that kind of money to do that they told me that I lose and there's nothing they can do about it they sent me a broke motor it does not work they told me it has 80,000 miles on it it looks as if it has $680,000 miles on it the motor is terrible it's rusted it's dirty has sand and grunt all over it do not buy from this company I'm telling you right now if you deal with a guy named Daniel or if you do with the guy name forgot his name don't deal with anybody in there they suck get away from them I'm telling you they'll rip you off don't go to them the company is definitely a scam stay away from them I promise you don't do it save your money go somewhere else I had four people in that company that lied to me I only had the motor for one day and I wanted to return it they will not let me do it they told me no that I'm stuck with the motor they are a bunch of thieves do not deal with them

  This company is a scam. I ordered an engine for a 2012 Altima. They sent me a totally different engine that would not hook up. I called in to let them know and they forwarded me to warranty. Warranty asked for pics and told me to send the engine back but I had to pay for freight. I never received a return label so I called them back. They are currently sending me back through the warranty process. This company is crooked as they come.

  Ref #: ******* Hi, my name is ******* ***** and I recently purchased an engine for 2014 buick verano. The engine hook up does not look the same the oil pan and other things are different. My mechanic would like to know the car the engine came off of to check compatibility. I left my phone number and no one has gotten back to me

  Run for your life if you thinking of purchasing anything from the AM UseD car auto part. I purchased an engine from this people . They lied to me and sold me a defect angine. When I called to file a claim to return it. They requested I do a diagnostic test before the can file the claim. After 6 months of installation the engine, it drain all the engine oil every week. They gave me ****. I don’t have money for any diagnostic test. When I purchased it, they never mention I have to do any diagnostic test if it doesn’t work. Now I’m stacked with a defect engine and lost $2299. My heart is aching and broken from during business with the scam company. Please stayed away from them.

  I ordered a transmission. I was quoted $1100 for delivery right to the shop of my choice in 7 to ten days. I was further informed that I would be kept abreast as to details of shipping to include a tracking number. It has been 17 days and not once after they received payment have they initiated any information regarding my order. Whenever I was able to contact (find) a representative, I received responses like, "I was off Friday. I'll look into it." "I'll call my mechanic guy who is removing the trans from the donor car and get back with you." "I'll call you by the end of the day, once I reach out to my guy." "Disregard previous message." He sent a text to me stating that he had a disgruntled buyer (me) and for them to hurry with the transmission. Both texts were sent at the same time. I have since canceled the order and requested a refund. As he did not even have the transmission in his possession when I ordered it, I would classify this process a scam. Wish I had read this prior to making contact with them.

  I just wanted to let everybody know that this company ***** I bought a motor from them and now there's a problem with it and since it took me more than 30 days to install it I've got to pay for the shipping to send it back to him that's after I have it diagnosed take pictures and they have to approve whether it's a legitimate claim. It's all total ******** I would recommend nobody by anything from this company at all. Once they get your money and the motor is shipped or the part they have a ****** attitude about trying to get you help. All they do is give you the runaround. They told me this motor was running they had it checked out before they shipped it. When I received it it was laying on its side broke and distributor oil filter and oil pump were screwed up I have put more money into this motor to get it running because I needed my vehicle I could have bought a brand new ******* motor. What ****** ** *** more than anything is they don't seem to really **** * **** So once again to anybody that's going to buy anything from them beware.

  I bought a volkswagen passat engine from AMauto parts. For $3,500. When the mechanic replaced the engine, the computer immediately indicated an error. it says EPC. The engine had no power. Now, after 2 months, it is smoking heavily. AMauto does not want to enforce the warranty. We asked them by email for 2 months, and at the end they declared that there was no guarantee. A dirty company, don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!! They are only nice until the auto parts are sold, after that they don't care about anything. At least $4,000 in damages. because now I have to get the engine repaired, again. my own money.

During our conversation, we requested that you provide diagnostic reports and installation receipts so that we could assist you in filing your claim. Your response indicated that you believed there was no need to provide any documentation or perform any work on the engine. We regret any difficulties you are experiencing with the engine purchased in April. When you are prepared to send us the requested documentation, we will be more than willing to offer our assistance.   This is not true. In addition to diagnostics, you also asked for things that a customer is not obliged to do. When installing the engine, you expected the mechanic to take the engine apart and replace all kinds of seals... Well, I think that if I buy a completely flawless, well-functioning engine, then I expect our mechanic to no longer need it here. take it apart again! Moreover, under normal circumstances, the warranty is lost exactly when the motor is damaged by the customer. You expect the buyer to take the engine apart and fix it. No, it would have been your task to hand over a complete, well-functioning engine. There is no such thing anywhere in the world where we ask the customer separately to have the engine here, but to take it in and have it repaired, because only then is the engine guaranteed. No!!! The buyer does not have to disassemble the engine or touch it in any way. And you refuse the warranty precisely because I, the buyer, did not take the engine apart and fix all the faults. if I have to pick up the engine with an edge, then it's already bad. What is it that the warranty is only valid if the customer has inspected and replaced everything in it!!!??? Because that's exactly what you asked for. e.g. Oil • Oil Filter • Valve Cover Gasket • Oil Pan Gasket • Rear Main Seal • Front Seal • Intake & Exhaust Gaskets • Thermostat You basically change the oil filter and the oil. But not the rest, which involves disassembling the engine! A customer cannot be expected to disassemble the received engine! This is absurd. The warranty would be voided exactly if the customer disassembled the engine. In normal countries! So what you asked for is not right! By the way, the engine was already bad at the moment of installation!!!! You didn't even renovate it, you didn't repair it. only one used engine is being sold as is. you are disgusting.
