      In January of this year I ordered a 6.4 powerstroke engine from AMUAP . I was the engine was to have a 3 year warranty, I was a bit ***** of the warranty but **** responded in writing that internal components would be covered. I ordered the engine had had it shipped to my diesel technicians shop.Upon receiving the engine my diesel tech received the engine he called me about the outward appearance of the engine. The pallet was not built up well and was just secured down with twisted wire and shrink wrap. The engine itself was rusted fuel lines were bent and oil pan was badly bent. All those issues could be fixed so I told my diesel tech to run a compression test on the engine. He run the test utilizing **** protocol, the cylinder was 300 psi and the low cylinder was 130 psi. The difference is out of spec per ****. Being an internal issue with the motor I asked for a refund. I had to pay to ship it back to ***********. When I received the check back they had accessed a 25% restocking fee. I immediately called and inquired why I was accessed a restocking fee for returning a bad motor. They did lower the restocking fee to 10% but still do not agree with have to pay freight and of being accessed a restocking fee for a engine with internal damage resulting in low compression. Documentation in the form of videos and emails from my diesel tech were sent but I was told because they supposedly performed a run test and that I had not installed it in my truck that they would not provide a full refund. The motor had out of spec compression numbers installing the motor would have further wasted more money. This company lack any bit of integrity and saddens me thats a business sees no issue with these practices.

      I ordered a 2.0L ******* engine from AM Used Auto Parts on January 13th 2025. Received it on January 31th. They said it was run tested and warranted for 3 years. I was unable to get it installed within 30 days due to purchasing the required replacement parts financially and doing the work myself without a garage. When I did get it installed on Easter weekend it ran approximately 15 seconds before quitting. It made a horrible racket while running. After checking I found that the rods were bad (engine was blown) Since I was over 30 days installing the engine they won't honor the Warranty. I can't afford another engine. I'd like to get a refund so I can purchase a engine from someone who stands behind their word.

      Hello I purchased a motor from am auto on the 14 of March 2025 for ******* the mechanic received it 4/2/2025 he installed it a week later he called and said the motor was no good it locked up I called and left message and they return my call and said I need to send a video an diagnostic and a receipt of how much I paid. Mind you I didnt install it they trying to find all kinds of reason to come up with when it has 1 to 3 warranty mind you I haven't even drove the vehicle it's still at the shop who holds the phone and film them installing them doing work on a car? Please help me I don't have money to waste even though I had to to pay the man ******* to do his job he did install the motor so now I have to buy another motor and pay another ******* to have it install they probably want me to pay to ship it back I've talk to ****** ********* ******************** I only have 30 days to return and the longer they take it will go over 30 days please help me resolve this situation the mechanic that handle my car is ******* auto Repair ****************************************************************** ********** they open Monday thru Friday 9 - 5 Thanking you in advance ****** b ******** ************ ***********************************************

      Good morning, Were sorry to hear that youre experiencing issues with the used engine you received. I understand you contacted us and mentioned that the engine has been installed, but your mechanic is unable to get it to ******* previously requested, please send us a video of the issue so we can assist you further. The engine was tested and confirmed to be running prior to removal from the original vehicle. Additionally, in order to separate the engine from the transmission during removal, the engine must be able to turn fullyfurther indicating it was operational at that time.

      Bought a motor on January 16 and it was delivered to me on February 17 and I took my truck and motor to a profesional shop to have the motor replaced and the mechanic told NE that the motor was not in a good shape it was very rusted the motor mount in one side is almost out and since then I am having a hard time to get am used auto parts to replaced it.

      I Purchase a transmission from them they sent me the wrong transmission And when I ask them about the problem they told me to rewire my truck and make it work And I told them I wanted to return the transmission and I have to pay over $500 to return it I don't see why I need to pay when it was there Mistake. And I would like my funds returned

      There transmission has a rectangular plug mine has a round I talk to them and there response was to rewire my truck. And if I want to get the right one that I haft to pay to ship it back to get the right one  .I just want them to take it back I don't see were I need to pay for there mistake

      The transmission I received is not the **rrect one. I have **ntacted the ** I bought from. I talked to ****** he told me to rewire my truck to make it work . I told them that I want to return it because one it's not the right one, two to tell a customer to rewire my truck to make it work is not right and three they told me that all are inspected and ran to make sure that it is good. By closer inspection you can tell that it was pulled out of a Vehicle and shipped, there is no tool marks on any fitting transmission lines and cables cut with bolt cutters. I am willing to meet half way for return shipped witch I should not half to do as a reputable **mpany would send a return paperwork at no **st. If they do not agree to meet half way I want all funds that has already paid returned.

      Recieved a 2013 *** x6 50i engine from this business that was broken in a few areas and looked a mess. After paying 5700 dollars it should have been cleaned, drained and packaged so that it would not be damaged in transportation. This organization asked me to send it back and said they would refund what I paid but when they recieved the engine they told me they are bot refunding the money. The pictures inclosed are the way I recieved the engine the day of delivery.

      Purchased an engine with the company on March 4, 2025. On that date after I paid in full an associate advised me I would have my engine within 7 to 10 days. We emailed back-and-forth and on March 19, 2025 I spoke with the office manager, who advised me they were backed up and he did not know when I would get my engine. That night, my husband, and I decided we would cancel the transaction and ask for a full refund. I emailed the sales associate that I had been speaking with and who initially took my order, to cancel my order and issue a full refund. The next day I got a call from the office manager stating the engine was ready to go, but it was the 14th business day from March 4, 2025. He advised me that if I wanted to cancel, they would charge a 25% restocking fee because we were canceling within 24 hours of the engine allegedly being ready to be shipped. I dont know how they got an engine ready to ship in a day when 14 business days had passed, and the engine had not been touched. I was issued a partial refund on March 23, 2025 and they withheld 25% restocking fee although they dropped the ball. I would not have canceled the order if they actually got the engine to me within the allotted time quoted. The office manager said the sales representative shouldve quoted 7-14 business days but I have the email from him saying 7-10 days. I would like the remaining amount they withheld from me refunded.

      This company held 25% even tho they never worked on getting the engine pulled and shipped to me until 14 business days after I purchased it. They initially said I would have it within 7-10 days. They withheld $525 from me even though THEY didnt deliver the product as stated in email and in conversation.

      ************!!!1 Ordered an engine for a 2018 Dodge Ram in January. My mechanic shop received the engine on January 16th, but it was not compatible with my truck. After having it shipped back using my money, this company reshipps the engine and again it is the wrong one. The engine that was shipped is for a stick shift. It was made very clear that I do not have a stick shift, I have an automatic. I spoke with ****** the sales *** about the issue, and he said it wasn't the wrong engine and to swap out the pilot baring. My mechanic spoke with ****** and told him why the engine they sent was the wrong one. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND. I have spent 3 months trying to resolve this issue. I have lost a considerable amount of money because my truck is my work truck. Very poor customer service. I don't know why this company is still in business!

      I bought a engine from them I was told only had ****** miles on it. The motor I received had *******miles on it. The only way I found this out was because I happened to find out the people they bought it from. Then when I called out AM Auto about the scam ******* came Unglued over what I told him. In reality it should of been me all mad. He then called the ** where it shipped from and told them they were supposed to tell the customer what AM Auto tells us. Nothing but a **mplete scam. They Don't have any inventory of auto parts. They are nothing but a Broker. Buying parts from salvage yards and lying about all of it.

      ***** ***** If you would like to talk to the people who AM Auto bought the motor I can provide that with a vin number witch proves the sell stuff they don't have. Unfortunately a business like that sells nothing but a Dream! They are just brokers they have No In inventory at all. So the day I purchased the "so called ******mi motor" they didn't even know what type of emissions it had. So No Possible way could they sell a motor they claim they did. I've learned a lot from this and how this business runs
