Withdrawal transaction noted on bank statement of 11/5/22 for $216.24
On same day called phone number ************* and spoke with employee Francis who continued to iterate that purchase was made by me and offered discounts in price. I continued that I never made purchases and requested a stop and full refund. Francis continued to insist purchases were made and refund could not be made until product return. Francis would not pass call to supervisor nor would he acknowledge that request to purchase was never made. Francis insisted on only a 50% refund now and final amount when product returned.
As this was a purchase made against my card and not by me this solution is unacceptable but I accepted with Francis and attempted to stop payment with bank.
The return information given to me to return product ( if it actually arrives- as I never ordered it) is for*********** Returns in Lakeland Florida.
I wish to report this business as it is
#1-charging against card number they have on record ( I previously made purchase I think about 8 months ago but cancelled when I realized I misread the price) This is in effect a fraudulent charge
#2-Employee Francis has seemingly been given script to circle around problem and not resolve
#3- Francis did not have a higher level of supervision to pass off to ( or refused to do so)
#4- I would like this charge removed in total and reassurances that my card number has been removed from transactions in the future.

Someone else placed the order in a fraudulent manner. Someone got my credit card information somehow and placed the order instead of me.

I filed a complaint with BBB about Trim Life billing me $199.99. The company responded saying they would refund my money by issuing a check which would take 7-10 days. If this is the same song and dance as my initial complaint (Aug or Sept 2022) with the BBB and these are just words by the company to placate me, I do not see this as acceptable. I, as the customer, with a promise of a refund within 7-10 days expect the company to do the right thing and follow through with the refund of $199.99. Returning the product to the company cost me $13.45. Please reimburse monies due in its entirety now for a total of $213.44. Thank you, I expect the check within 2 weeks from this date or I will pursue small claims court action.

I made a order on July 22, 2022. I received the order but wasn't happy with the results after taking the product. I not that mad about that. So now lets got to the main problem. Me and my wife noticed On October 15th, 2022 at 3 something in the morning we had a $217.74 reoccurring charge from Trim Life and didn't authorized it at all. We immediately notified our Bank and they informed us they charged us that reoccurring payment on August 23rd and September 20th, 2022, also didn't authorize and we never received any additional product. We filed a investigation with the our Bank (**** Bank) Ref# R-************. Me and the wife called Trim Life on Oct. 15th, 20022 @ approximately 5:40 PM and spoke with Gregory L**** Operator # 407, he advised me he would cancel the charge for Oct 15th but the others he cant because they never received the product back. I stated I never authorized any payments after July's previous order nor received any additional product since. He further states "oh well that on me". I made a one time purchase for a product from Trim LIfe Labs. 199.99
I was charged 215.99 (probably shipping) and they sent me something completely different than what I was led to believe I was ordering. This was a click through link on ******** associated to*********** Investors giving the seal of approval to their weight loss product. I tried to call and was unable to contact the company by phone and was unsuccessful contacting them by email. I figured it was just another of lifes lessons. A couple of months later they tried to charge my card again. I declined the transaction. Thinking that was an oversight and it would be the end. Another couple of months went by and today, they tried to charge my card again. There is a thing called PCI compliance - at minimum this company should be fined the maximum for every count of fraud and their gateway seized to prevent them from continuing to steal money. Now I am forced to get a new card which will involve hours to set up all my auto pays etc. It appears this company closed 12 months ago but is back doing business as Trim Life but with different company ownership? Or someone overseas purchased their inventory and continues to sell even though there is no entity in the US?Business Response

A 1 time purchase is a 1 time purchase. It is not a Buy this item one time, but then be sure to cancel your free subscription that comes with your 1 time purchase?? What kind of a scam is that. It is sad that a company has to "trick" people but I understand why. Not only was the product not what I ordered, simply by purchasing it, I apparently agreed to a subscription even though it clearly states on their website, 1 time purchase. July 7, 2022. I was looking at this company. Went to cart to cancel order. Order was not able to be canceled. Tried using email listed and it either was not responded to or did not go through. Credit card was immediattly charged. I had to file a dispute with *********** and just got documentation from *********** stating that it was a valid transaction.
I was charged 199.99 ans 49.99 for items I never received nor did I want. I tried again today )ctober 14, 2022 to contact them and e-mail did not go through and customer service was in the Phillipines and was hard to understand.
I am out this money with apparently no way to get it back. I never received any kind og confirmation e mail or any communication from this company.
I really hope you can help.

This company still got their money . I am out 249.99 dollars. I was told not to talk to this company until the bank finished their investigation. I have tried to contact this sham of a company several times. Seems they only respond to banks and the BBB.
I do not know what else to do. all I want is my money back. I am a single parent who works hard for what I have. This company stole my money and never deleivered on any thing.
This has gone on long enough. Return my money you got for something I did not get.
