      On 9/19/2022, I purchased a 2010 **** Edge from ****** located at ******************************************************* with a total down payment of $1100. Upon delivery of the vehicle at the lot, I noticed that the front bumper was falling off on both sides. I informed the salesman, **** about it before we drove off. The next day, 9/20/2022, I brought the vehicle back to the car lot and showed him that the front bumper had fallen off on the driver's side and was hanging down; he snapped it back into place. After bring the vehicle back to him again some time later for the same problem, he told me to contact the **************** because they will have to fix it since it was delivered to us like that. I proceed to contact the warranty company after it became a safety issue to drive and they referred it to Service of ******* Center for repairs. I took the vehicle to them on 11/21/2022 and they eventually submitted estimate for repairs to the warranty company. On 11/30/2022, I was informed by the warranty company that they do not cover body issues and it would have to be cover under the insurance and that I would have to pay a $500 deductible before it is repaired. This is outrageous, especially since the vehicle was delivered to me like this and all I am being told is that I have to go pick up the vehicle since I am not willing to pay the deductible. I told them that I am not responsible for the damage so why should I pay for it. They need to cover the full repairs, provide me with another vehicle, or refund all payments made to date and the down payment in full (which equals to $1781 to date). I am very upset concerning this situation especially since they came so highly recommended to me by someone. I was told that this company was honest and upright and works with their customers. However, from what I am seeing now, I don't see it at all. So far I have just been giving the run around and told to pick up an unsafe vehicle because it cannot continue to sit at the body shop if no repairs.

      A deferment is just putting off a car payment for later. Which is the same as me paying for a damaged vehicle to be repaired that was sold to me knowingly by your company. Which means you are still trying to shift blame for it and make us responsible for the repairs. At this point, either fix the vehicle not at our expense or replace it with another vehicle of like value. Mind you the bumper fall off in traffic today, if an accident would have occurred you would have been at fault for selling a vehicle that has a safety issue at hand.

      So we now see that ******** is just trying to avoid the responsibility of selling and putting an unsafe vehicle on the road, has shown that they do not value their customers safety and their own WORD/PROMISES and that they just are out to make another dollar regardless of the safety of the vehicles they sale. Their manager **** at the dealership location and salesman **** even assured me that they would fix the vehicle being that it was unsafe when delivered to me and now this ********************************* wants to just sell vehicles that could kill/damage people due to their lack of inspection of their vehicles and then try to make the customers responsible for their duties to sale safe vehicles. Even when I call to speak to her, she refuses to take the call, which shows that she knows she and the company is at fault. She has put my life, my family and other people lives in jeopardy because she doesn't give a **** about the safety of her own customers. Then when you stop payments, she wants to order a repo so she can kill somebody else that just innocent customers trying to find reliable and safe transportation. She could have easily just fixed the vehicle or replaced it with no problem at all, however she just another tyrant that hides behide a title and desk to avoid her responsibility for her companies faults. This company deserves a "F" rating and needs to be closed down before they get someone killed behind their lack of caring to provide safe vehicles to customers that puts their trust in them for such. They are thieves and crooks. This matter is long from over. TRUST!

      ******************* knows the vehicle was sold and delivered with the bumper falling off. So this has nothing to do with a Warranty, it has to deal with honor and loyalty not only to her business' word to their customers (me) but also shows her lack of humanity to give a **** because it's not her family that is in her unsafe and damaged vehicle with a bumper that continues to fall off while driving it.

Please refer to your limited warranty which outlines what is covered. Again I am more that happy to assist you with a deferment if you would like to repair it yourself.

      Replace the vehicle that's the outcome that will be acceptable at this time or refund my monies. Other then that we will take it up in court.

      So on 12/28/2022, instead of ******** responding back she ordered them to repo the vehicle, as I said she would do. After speaking to some lady name *******, she informed me the deferrment of payments was not approved due to no call back, which is a lie, because I called several times without ******** coming to the phone nor returning my calls. Also the story changed by *******'s words of, "You was suppose to get the vehicle fixed and then send us the receipt in order to get a deferment of payments. This was NEVER mentioned in any conversation through BBB nor over the phone talking to Mid Florida Finance. This is just a retaliation for saying that I would take this matter to court due to them not wanting to fix their faulty unsafe vehicle sold to me. This is how they settle their disputes by taking the vehicles and trying to make the consumer pay for it. ******* then said that I would have to pay $1200 to get the vehicle back if I want it. H*** the repo man hadn't even picked the vehicle up nor put it on the tow hook until after she refused to honor the deferment of payments which was given by her boss.
