      "Simply predatory behavior and obviously meant to be obfuscated since there is no mention of it prior to entry (there should be a large disclaimer on all advertising and business signage disclosing the requirement of legal agreements before people waste their time arriving). FYI, if you are planning to patronize this business, you cannot use the activities nor view the digital menu without waiving their responsibilities and liability for anything and granting them unlimited use of images and videos taken of you and anyone in your party including your children."
