      I have 6 domain names. I have been Ill for 14 months. I requested them to stop deductions on my credit card. I called my credit card to block them. I am 73 years old My daughter has canceled my account. TERRIBLE

      Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We can confirm your daughter not being on the account and for security reasons, would need you to call our support offices to speak with an agent. Once on the phone and verified, we would be more than happy to stop all billing associated with the account. We would also note that canceling your billing through your bank would deactivate all services associated with that card.

      THIEFS AND FALSE ADVERTISING! Signed up for 12 months for specific price and the 1st month was great. Then the second month.........Not even close. Customer support is a joke. Was told everything was squared away and I would receive an email for conformation and **** business days for money to be refunded and the rest of my 12-month period would be original advertised pricing. Get a ticket number for reference to what was supposed to be solved. Today (day 11), still no email or refund. I contact customer service on the "chat" services and give all my info for them to pull up account as well as the ticket number, which is apparently no good because I was told that this particular form of customer service does not have access to the "My Time customer service" notes! Smells like what it is, BS! Then the customer service rep ******** to tell me that the pricing fluctuates!? Then he provided a totally separate ticket number. Gee thanks for all the help. NOT HARDLY! I'm sorry but what was advertised says, "x amount for 12-months". NOT "x amount for 1 month and then we just charge you whatever we want after you sign up and we get your bank card information". FALSE ADVERTISING!!! DO NOT USE NETWORK SOLUTIONS! A star is not deserved but unfortunately its required to leave a review. Too bad they don't offer the sh** emoji instead of stars. CROOKS AND THIEFS. I bet nothing gets resolved here either.

      The only support that your company can facilitate is refunding me my money for the now, 2 months Ive paid for something that wasnt what was signed up for. I feel like that is more than an acceptable agreement between a customer and a seller, as would anyone else. If you cant agree to do so then you do not need my domain nor ticket #s.

      NETWORK NIGHTMARE My website is suspended because ICANN (an arm of Network Solutions) sent an email to confirm my website to a defunct email address. Because the email was never received, my website went offline. (blackbeards.restaurant)I have made multiple calls, spent hours going over the same information, sent requested documents to prove I am the owner, including a notarized letter from my local mayor, yet the site is still down. Several agents have now told me "no worries," the problem is fixed. NO. IT'S NOT!! I am now a week into this bizarre conundrum, trying to prove my ownership and going around and around, and my site is still down. Although I have attempted to find higher-*** to contact, they cleverly are hidden behind this horrible company. If I ever get my site back, I'm moving it far, far away from Network Nightmare.

      Your canned response to all complaints is tiresome and a great reflection on Network Solution's inability or lack of interest in truly providing "customer service" that yields results. Just today, after going through your drills again, I was once again lied to -- "a manager will call you back in an hour." It's now 3 hours and counting. It won't happen, just like the resolutions that have been promised for two weeks now haven't been honored. No wonder the principals of this company try to remain anonymous. My website remains suspended two weeks in.

      Surely you jest! My email remains the same old, defunct email in my profile with NS, after numerous efforts to change it to my current one so that I can finally get that blasted confirmation letter from NS (masquerading as ICANN). ... And then there's this insulting email from NS, received this morning: Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are committed to creating the best experience for you. (HAHA!!!) Your ticket needs to be escalated to another department to resolve your issue. I have sent the issue to the correct department for resolution and you will be notified of the status within 24 to 48 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I hope this information has been helpful. We appreciate your business! More of the same. This HAS NOT been fixed! If you "appreciate my business," *********** this problem? DO NOT tell me something has been fixed when it has not.

      Again and again, I have been promised something that hasn't happened. I was assured yesterday that my website would be up "by the end of the day." Guess what?! It's not. No surprise, so another day will be spent trying to make sense of Network Nightmare's nonsense.

      They have the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. I have been trying to get my email address updated so I can access my account for over a month. I have provided all requested documentation several time to only received an email saying the change would be complete in 24 hours. However I keep calling back every day and it still has not been change. I have to stay on hold for over 30 minutes each time only to be told it has not been changed and they don't know why but will put in another request.

      Network solutions phone number one the website or listed on your account for customer services, no one answer the phones, hold at least for one hour if you are lucky. I got charged monthly services fees that I did not authorize. One way to contact them is only go through computer chat. They charge you for no reasons and will not give you refunds. Be very carefully with this company. I use them almost 20 years, Very disappoint with the services

      Email bounce backs since July, when their updated/changed their servers. Several hours and tickets (7-8) opened and still no resolutions. Each time on call is an hour or more, changes made on their end, They close the ticket w/o verification and am promised a call back from supervisor(s) and no one calls. This support is beyond ridiculous and all overseas. .Every time I call, they open a new I ticket, S ticket and and an I ticket - which is supposed to be for the back support and engineering. Long times on calls and then may get disconnected.

      THE E-MAIL SERVICE IS POOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE. Whatever representation that is made by any customer service representative is devoid of credibility. I have not had e-mail for the past week (10/18/2022 to this moment 10/24/2022 6:00pm EST). I have been in contact with Network Solutions almost daily since 10/19/2022 without any resolution. Representatives informed that Network Solutions was "migrating their e-mail hosting to a new platform" and was "migrating their service to the cloud". I called numerous times and have multiple I-# and S-# 'tickets', each agent ensuring that my case will be "elevated to the engineers on the back end". Every time I have asked to speak to a supervisor - waiting on hold for hours - I am always informed that "none are available because they are speaking with other customers" or "they are in a meeting right now". There is no corporate number to reach anyone at Network Solutions. The company that owns Network Solutions is WEB.COM. I have called their number multiple times and it goes to a voicemail that states "Jacksonville receptionist unavailable". All of the agents I have spoken with are in the Philippines. When I inquired about where the "engineers" and "back end team" are located, they informed me that they are in the U.S. or Canada. When I requested their telephone number, I was informed that "they have no phone number and cannot be contacted". I have asked these agents how they communicate with the "engineers" and "back-end team" and they informed me they communicate with them by e-mail. I have requested the e-mail address of the "engineers" and "back-end team" but they could not share this information. It is not simply that my service has been disrupted but the explanations and promises are devoid of credibility. I regret that Network Solutions is my internet service provider (web hosting and e-mail). When leaving a review, at least one star must be given - otherwise, I give no stars

      I would rate NS as a NO STARS if that was possible. We have been having problems since October 3rd and here it is the 21st. Horrible customer service. All I hear is that they are sorry and understand our problem. If they were truly sorry, they would fix what they broke. Yes, they "updated" their platform and now nothing works.

      This company shut my business down for a week just to change my primary email address. My website and all of my employees' email addresses were shut down! They didn't bother to call my company or utilize any other method to contact us before they did this. After I sent them all of my business information, tax info, utility bill, personal identitifiers, every representative gave me a different time line to expect my business to be back up and running. Do NOT use this company. All of the agents are overseas. Every request was sent to the "back office" for something.
