Never got follow up from management. They placed product on a pitch too low and caused the water to back up under shingles. Asked for refund of the square footage for this part of roof as had to remove. No response. Since the nw office closed extremely poor service.Gutter Helmet

After comparing reviews on most on-line sites, I chose Gutter Helmet over ********** for customer service and satisfaction. I am glad I did. Our sales lady was great, explaining the process and the cost. She answered all of my questions completely and satisfactorily. The job was done in two parts: with the gutters installed first, and about a week later the helmet. There was no mess while the job was being completed, and the installers were very professional in their jobs. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the installation and the results of having never to clean our gutters again. Great job, Gutter Helmet!Gutter Helmet

I love the way the product enhances the life of our gutters. We love that we dont have to clean the gutters or the roof since the pine needles slide off our new gutter helmet. No more worries in that department.Gutter Helmet

I had an end cap missing from my gutter helmet, and birds were nesting in it. I called them and they came out and fixed it the same day and cleaned all the nest out, at no charge. And it had been 4 years since I had them installed.Gutter Helmet
