5 starsWe observed Gutter Helmet in action at our friend's house. It Works!!! We had been skeptics because we had another "leaf filter" product that did not work and had to be removed because it plugged with pine needles and debris and didn't work. So, we resolved to climbing on the roof to clean-out the gutters, whenever necessary ...until we saw Gutter Helmet in action. We met with ****, the contract *** who explained in detail and had examples of how it worked, a few weeks later, ***** ******* arrived and completely installed it within a few hours!!!! We are very satisfied with the color selection, quality and warranty of the product. We appreciate **** and ******* professionalism, and commitment to keep scheduled appointments and arrive on time. 5 stars**** and his entire group of employees are outstanding! Very professional, polite, knowledgeable and take the time to explain the product fully. It was obvious to me in watching and listening to the men performing the work that they were dedicated to Mr. *** It and took much pride in the work that they were performing. I went into this undertaking of having Gutter Helmets installed with the understanding that Mr. *** It was a little higher in price but it is worth every ***** different in quality of the product and professionalism received. 5 starsI had my gutter helmet gutter system installed a year ago. So far I have been very pleased with the appearance and performance of my gutters. I haven't had any clogs or overflows. Periodically when it is raining, I check to see if the water is flowing well in the downspouts (I can hear the water running down them). I have one time used my water hose and sprayer to wash off the outside of the gutter helmet and gutters, because debris that came off my roof had dried on them. My house has several valleys in the roof line. At each of these valleys they installed a water diverter to help with the large amount of water coming off the roof in those areas. I do try to keep the debris that collects behind these diverters cleaned out, but that isn't a problem. I had to do that with my old gutter system. My Gutter Helmet gutters are such an improvement from my old gutters. Even though I had a screen on the gutters in the fall I constantly had to clean off leaves and twigs from the top of the screens. I don't have to do that with my new gutter system. Since I see so many bad reviews about the businesses/companies that installed Gutter Helmets for other customers, I want to give a shout out to the business that installed mine - *********** of ********, Miss. 1 starWe had our system installed to the specifications of their Team. Paid the bill and needed a modification on our flat roof for which they placed a screen over the gutter and not a helmet. The screen clogged up in no time and the water poured down the sides of the windows. The Team came out to assess but no work has been done. Management will not return our calls. We are willing to write another check but to no avail. They know what modifications have to be done but they just are not following through. Very frustrating. We even replaced all our 7 year old (new) copper gutters to have their product installed. We are very good customers. We have their product on our country home. We are a tad bit frustrated with no completion of this *********, VA project.R, ***************************** and Dr ******************************Gutter Helmet

1 starThese things do not work!! I first installed Gutter Helmet in 2019 at the cost of $2793.00 and the first rain I complained that they were not working right. After many calls and many cleanings finally some one came out and said these gutters were installed wrong and should be replaced and we settled on another $1000.00 to do it right. Then in Sept. of 2021 they came out and replaced everything. They still do not work but they would come out after several calls to clean out the gutters and down spouts a couple of times a year at no charge. Now when I call they have started a $50.00 charge to come out. I am 80 years old and have no business climbing a ladder to do their job. My next step is to take this junk off my house and find someone local to clean new gutters. Im not paying this company another dollar. Most of the responses in the reviews says they cant find the account so here is my account #******Gutter Helmet

3 starsWe built our house 10 years ago, at that time we put gutter helmets on the tree side of our house, and they seem to work ok, but not as advertised. In December of 2023, we put gutter helmets on the rest of our house and were told they could handle the volume of water that a hard rain would produce. That has not been the case. At the front entrance of our house in a hard rain the water goes right over the gutter helmets and the eave troughs creating a shower situation faced by anyone trying to enter our house. Based on a health situation, gutter helmets were put on to alleviate a leaf problem which it seems to have done but has created this new water over flow problem. Disappointing.Gutter Helmet

2 starsWhen we paid a very expensive amount of money about 6 years ago to have the Gutter Helmet system installed at our house they said you never have to clean your gutters again, guaranteed! After calling last Friday (a week ago) about a overflowing gutter, today they (Lednor Home Solution, for Gutter ******) sent us an email saying if call this # you can schedule an inspection and cleaning for a $50 dispatching fee. So if this is the case, they have not held up to their sales statement that convinced us to pay for their system. Therefore the gutters are not free from clogging and they are not true to their word about never paying for a cleaning, they will come at no charge if they are wrong. They said you will never have to clean your gutters, which implies that no one will have to and cost you anything, in return.Gutter Helmet

1 starPoor service of cleaning nose forward design gutter helmets.I need to Re clean at least 2 additional times a year, that gutter helmets service will not cover.Waste of money. Save yourself a lot of grief, and money. Go somewhere else to purchase.OhStill waiting to hear from gutter helmets on a date they may be able to fit our home into their so busy schedule this year. ??Very unsatisfied customer.Gutter Helmet
