              I had these installed couple of years ago. They had to come back multiple times to fix problems. The service repair report was rather condescending referring to me by my last name and asking how many more times they needed to come back before it was complete. Just as many times as it takes to get it right. They needed to put in lead-in downspouts to prevent water gushing over the gutter helmet. Finally finished and seemed fine since then but a section came loose and I can't get anyone to fulfill their 5 start service promise. The product is okay but the installation was half-hearted and no desire to make it right. I guess I am going to have to fix it myself...There are probably better systems and better service. Not what I was expecting for over $6k...One star is too many...
