    I purchased a Range Rover engine from these guys. I will say that Jack is a little gruff, but he's a no-nonsense kind of guy. He was very upfront about pricing. Was very honest and to the point, which I appreciated seeing as how my car was out of commission. Out of everyone that I called, he definitely gave me the best price. Yalda, who I believe works in customer service is a gem and was able to get me the quote within minutes. I have had zero issues with the engine I've purchased from these guys and it's been nearly nine months. My repair guy was impressed with the quality and that certainly made me feel confident about my purchase. Between the time I called for a quote and the time of the installation, the process really wasn't very long. I would have spent way more time and money at the dealership. When you spend a chunk of change on a Range Rover engine, you need to know that it's going to work. We decided to go with a refurbished engine and I really could not be happier with my decision.

    We spent $6,000 on a new rebuilt engine for a ******* and it lasted ****** miles and just a few months past their 1 year warranty. The owner would not make things right with us. Would not offer to help and quite frankly he hung up on me and I was being polite. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen and I am in this industry. BUYER BE AWARE! They will take your money and forget about after sales services.

    Dear Customer,we apologize if any inconvenience was caused from us. as on our policy page very clearly we have posted that any Korean, German, ******* Engine only comes with one year warranty. you purchased your engine on 08/25/2021 and you called on 04/11/2023.we make sure to ask the customers to change the oil every **** miles. the engine drove ***** miles. so the engine must have been perfect. the only problem can be found is the maintaining that engine was on time and correctly or not and that only you would know.engine is one part and good installation another but the most important is maintaining the engine after installation.Thank you very much **************

    After having had the opportunity to experience my 2015 Land Rover engine purchase from Sharper Edge Engines, I must say, my engine is top notch! Dealing with ***** and **** made the experience all the more better. Prompt, curious and highly knowledgeable. The business ethic and customer service provided from this team of professionals really knocked my socks off! In todays society, they truly are a diamond in the rough.

    Well! I dont know what to think I ordered an engine for my daughters 2012 Kia ********* I was told it would be 4 weeks turned into a lot longer. When engine finally arrived there was a broken part from the way it was packaged. I called and texted the 2people I had dealt with and it is as if they disappeared. Finally just today I got a call from elite auto who I thought I bought the engine from but he told me I was dealing with sharper engines out of *******. So now I dont have a clue who I am dealing with or about warranty. The engine was quite expensive but if it is quality it is not a problem. ***

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND FIND OUT WHO CHARGED YOU AND THEN CALL ME SO I CAN HELP YOU IN ANYWAY I CAN.if Sharper ****** ****** charged your account then you are my customer and I will definitely take care of you but we have not sold a kia ****** for the past 4 weeks but still please find out.we really apologize for all the inconvenience you are all other customers are going through for this Fraud but we are here to help.Thank you ***** *********************.

    Do not buy from this company, see all the metal in the oil pan and pick up screen, this is after approximately 20 miles, I'm the Service Manager at a Land Rover Dealership and this was installed by a Level 4 Tech, I always had to leave a negative review to get them to call me back, they finally agreed to pay for tear down and after I sent them pictures of what we found they agreed to send us a motor, well two moths later we still have no motor, no money and they will not return our calls, we have had to get a attorney involved, I also heard they operate under several different names, so before you order a motor online, make sure you do your research

    Dear *******,I am deeply sad and apologize for this situation. we ourselves are down because Elite Auto Parts charged our customers and either didn't send the engines to our customers or they sent a piece of junk to them. and now I think the owner at **************** in Sun Valley ** is on the run for all the customers are after him and one of them will be Sharper Edge Engines through the court.. I call you today and we talk to find out what we can do to satisfy you.I apologize again for all this

    It is now 11/3, I have called the company several times and left messages, have still not heard from them, but this is typical from them and I do not expect I will ever speak to them directly
