    After going through a long battle with ******* corporate over a class action suit over a bad motor, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company with integrity. Car Brain was honest, responsive and gave us more than any other place for our vehicle!

    Communication is the key. The initial service I contacted to pick up my car scheduled a time but did not show up or even contact me to let me know they were renegotiating the price.CarBrain.com scheduled a time, the driver let us know he would be available the day prior, he picked up the car and they followed up with a call. Great Service!

    Most user friendly website I have seen. This company made the job of selling my PLD car as easy as possible. Answer a few questions and a price and company came up on the screen. The company brought a tow truck, wrote me a check, and the car is gone. When I decide to sell another vehicle I will be using them. Made it so simple and I didnt have to worry about the title transfer. That was all taken care of.
