    Robin was great!! Received a quote same day and sold the next! Very easy process! Worried with certified check vs cashiers check but no problems with bank!! Definitely would recommend! Michele Timmerman Greenwood SC BMW 323i.

    This process with CarBrain was so easy from start to finish. The process started with ****, and he was so helpful and made everything easy. I had a car where the engine seized and was really no good to me anymore. CarBrain made a stressful situation pretty easy. Every step of the way they did exactly what they said, and the car was picked up when they said along with the check for the vehicle. I could not have been happier with this service. Thank you

    Got a quote online and had them picking up my car 48 hours later! I’m very easy online system to use and also their customer service representatives were really friendly and helpful, Flor Reyes was my case manager and it was so easy to get rid of my broken down car and get some money back too! Definitely will recommend to friends and family

    Process was Simple, money was as advertised and close to fair market. Tow driver was on time and no fuss with pickup. Could have used a little more specifics for the condition of the car when generating an estimate, but in the end it was a good experience

    My teenage son decided to drift his car into a guardrail a few months back totaling it. We did not make an insurance claim but needed the car gone. I spent a solid month checking out local companies, getting online scrap quotes, etc. I came across CarBrain and reached out to them. Elmer responded quickly and gave me a better quote than all the others so I went with CarBrain. From start to finish it was a quick and easy process and the car was towed out within 24 hours of arranging for it. Ya can’t beat that! Elmer, the person who scheduled the tow, and the tow driver were all professional and friendly and helpful. Just signed over the title, gave them the keys, and they handed me a check. Perfect!     ***** was amazing and the pick up driver was awesome. He made it extremely easy, fast and even waited until I was off work. He pulled up seconds before me and was done within minutes.
