    I had a really good experience overall! The only issue I ran into was that I called them before I accepted the offer to ask if it would be a problem if my car was in a parking garage. I was told it was not a problem so I accepted the offer. Once they called me to schedule the pickup I reminded them that the car was in a parking garage and was told that until I had it moved they could not pick up the car. I was so annoyed because I didnt have friends or family here in ***** so I had to ask a stranger to push my car to the street, I was stressed about it for days trying to figure out what to do. I told them that I was given incorrect information but that didnt matter to them I had to figure it out on my own. They canceled my offer and they dropped it $30. My car was picked up literally the day after they canceled my offer so the next day it was $30 less. I had to accept it because I only had 1week to relocate to the ********.

    Super easy all around, I have zero complaints. Was quoted a price, tow truck driver showed up very early in the window time given, had a check for the exact quoted price, helped me remove my old plates, and was done within 20 minutes. Could not have been simpler or more professional. Just a no stress process for a car that would no longer start, all taken care of, Thanks!

    Wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Getting the quote, accepting it, setting up the pick up all went absolutely smoothly. Carbrain offered more for our vehicle than any other online option too. The ***************** was fantastic. Professional, prompt and friendly.. Great experience.
