    Car brain was a great company to sell your car. I call about 6 other companies and Car brain offered the best price and customer service. The process was great and even the tow trucker driver was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering selling their old vehicle.

    My car needed repairs exceeded its value and wasn’t drivable anymore. I was considering donating it, then saw another option. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there are companies that purchase old cars with mechanical problems. I looked through ratings and chose CarBrain. I’m very happy I decided on CarBrain to sell my car to. It was easy to submit my vehicle details on their website. Then I had a brief phone chat with a CarBrain rep. We then communicated by text. I followed instructions about uploading photos and the title. I dealt with the same CarBrain rep. for all communications. The verification and approval was fast. Next, the towing company contacted me to schedule pickup. The driver called me with an update on his eta and to verify I was there. He arrived and had the check in hand! That car had served me well and I was happy things ended smoothly. The CarBrain people were courteous and professional. Every touch point of the process was smooth and stress free. I chose CarBrain based on their reviews. For someone who never had to do this before, I am grateful I made the right choice. CarBrain now has one more happy customer who would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
