Ive ordered from this company a couple times before and got my merchandise. However I placed an order on 10/11/23 and a couple weeks later I got emails stating they were behind. And I was getting in their print que very soon. Then nothing. *** wrote several emails. Called several Times and zero responses. My Order #****** still hasnt come and its now 1/6/24. Kind of rediculous especially with no response. Soon if no delivery I will have to call my bank and dispute the charge.Initial Complaint

I purchased through the Salt Devil Website several items on Nov 17, 2023. I got a confirmation email after my order was placed. I then got another email on Dec 13, that they were running behind and needed a few extra days. It is now past Christmas, and past the new year, and I still have not received my items. They are not responding to emails, and the number on their website has been disconnected. The number on your site for them is not being answered and is not setup to receive voicemail.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 shirts via website for Salt Devils on 10/26/2023 totaling $86.29. They emailed me twice, the last being Nov 19, 2023, saying my order was still being processed but should ship shortly. I emailed them twice at the provide email address requesting a status update and when I would receive the shirts I ordered. I tried calling the two numbers I found on their website/FaceBook advertisement. One was not working and the other did not have the voicemail set up. I even tried messaging them through Face Book but still nothing. All I am asking for is the merchandise be delivered or a full refund of my money.Initial Complaint

On Nov 15th 2023 I placed an order with this company. The order number is ******. They had sent me several emails updating the status of the order stating production time is 2-4 weeks. The last email I received was on Dec 7 2023 and this is what it said-***********, We just wanted to let you know that have not forgot about your Salt Devils Order. Order #****** Is still in the production line. We just wanted to remind you that production times are around 2-4 weeks at the moment. We have been extremely busy and are working around the clock to get to your order. We want to remind you that ********* make your shirts after you order them. We take great pride in making sure we personally make your shirts instead of having a warehouse full of shirts that were printed in china like almost all other shirt companies do. We make sure that we keep your money in ******* and help take care of the Families that work for us. You will receive another email once your order has been picked, printed, packaged and shipped. I placed 2 orders on November 19, 2023 (order #****** and #******) and have not received either one. Only thing I received is an email saying theyre working on it and the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Neither phone number listed for them is valid. At this point I just want a refund. Ordered shirts to gift my stepdad for Christmas. I ordered shirts on Oct. 17, 2023.way in advance to accommodate their production times. I stopped receiving email updates in early November. No shirts yet, no responses to my emails and cant get ahold of them by phone either. Its Dec. 22nd, and I guess my order will once again be late. I have ordered from them for 3 yrs in a row for a Christmas and every year they are late! First time, ordered on Black Friday: late. In 2022, I ordered in early November: late. Now I ordered over 2 months in advance: late! Their production time say 2-4 weeksits been over 9! Very disappointing. I hope to either get my shirts or a refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered 3 shirts September 29th, 2023. Received 1 email in October stating the order was received and they would email when ready. No email, no shirt, no response from emailing or calling. On 09/26/23 I ordered 3 shirts from this business and paid $90.61. Periodically, they sent emails advising that there are delays in production. The emails have stopped, the shirts have not been delivered, but there was no delay in taking my money. I will dispute with the credit card company next. I dont understand how this company is allowed to keep selling (nothing) on Instagram. It is plain THEFT.
