    I never signed u for this service and several times I have notified this company both by email and text.. The phone number that is said to call is only an automated system and can not talk to anyone. You continuously transfer me back into your service! ! Please leave me alone and dont transfer me into your service!!!!You only received one star because I was forced to leave at least one!

    The tablet I received is pretty nice. However, unless I'm practically standing on a ******** cell tower, my tablet is nothing more than a useless paperweight. Why, knowing my area code, would you send me a service provider that is basically nonexistent where I live.. I'll be finding a company that pays a little more attention to my details than they do their profit margin. Not once has anyone called, emailed or checked to see if my service was on or even working. A request for a review was the first I'd heard from them, so I gladly accepted. Let's see if their listening now..

    They give you two gigs of data a month I used two gigs in about 3 days so basically 27/28 days of the month the tablet is useless. Really really really poor customer service

    We have noticed that you have used up all your data allowance for this billing cycle. However we have upgraded your plan to the highest tier as a one time courtesy. Please restart your device and try now. We also recommend to connect to WiFi when you have the oppurtunity to do so.

    I dont know how you got my information or who this c*** company even is but they have somehow accessed personal information. You cant reach anyone by phone and Im contacting my attorney

    Received an email thanking me for choosing them. Problem is, I did not choose them. I chose a different company. Now, that company still has not completed what they promised, but I'm a little tired of these fly by night companies. Funny thing is, both these companies are located in **************, **. Coincidence? Probably not. They're all probably run by the same group of crooks.

    Need to explain better how to use the service as far as set up once the person receives the device and if you advertise a free phone of 5G quality don't just have a tablet as the only option, very deceptive.

    Hello,

    All of our tablets come with a QR code on the box that shows you how to set up your device. In regards to your tablet, at the time of your application, you qualified for a tablet and not a phone.

    These guys **** they hang up on you they don't have supervisors on hand they take there sweet time to answer your questions and they just give you the runaround for a company taking tax payers money is a disgrace the government should shut these people down

    Cheap phone that I cant use with my number. I was told that I would have to contact the carrier, then reapply to see if I would be approved and it would take up to 2 weeks. Thats of being without a phone the entire time. No thank you! Id rather not. So I guess its a phone that the kids can use if nothing else.
