    Wrong phone, wrong phone number. I chose an iPhone 13 and asked to keep my original phone number. I received an android and a completely different number. I called them and the person was rude and told me they did not even have iPhones. Then they sent me another card to put in the phone with another different number.! I am so frustrated. I need a phone because mine is broken and I cannot seem to get anyone to help me.

    I was sent the tablet one month ago and it worked for 2 days maybe 3 days. I have contacted them through phone email and I have not ever gotten a call back or been able to get a hold of anyone. I wish I would have gotten the telephone because at least then I could make calls and texts with the tablet I'm not able to do anything. This ***** so bad because I want so much to like this company and their service but so far it's not been acceptable and I'm stuck without a telephone or data. Just a total bummer

    The tablet you sent me *****...won't connect to the internet and it won't make a phone call....plus it says It dosen't support game apps...I give it a ***********

    I tried to obtain a tablet and because I am disabled and do not have a valid ID I was turned down. My sister was trying to obtain a device to help me communicate my wants and needs better and I got turned down. In my opinion this was a scam from the start to obtain people's information fraudulently.I would rate them a 0.

    Don't waste your time. **************** I would give them a Zero if I could, but that's not a choice. They keep talking about free internet - where? Did you just want my information? Is this just another way for the Government to track people? I have never been able to find out How to get the service to even work. I keep getting emails about staying active. You all are a waste of time.

    We had a phone and used it for 3 days then could not use it anymore emailed them a lot no response tried call several numbers for them no answer and called from phone that went directly to them and no answer was unable to reach them by phone or email so we had to change providers the phones was very nice but we could not use it after 3 days and was unable to reach anyone

    I received my tablet. Nice! However never received the internet to go with it so it's not much use to me. Extremely dissapointed.

    Worst experience ever with them!! And the worst part I couldnt even speak with anyone. Left numerous messages. They messed my acp up with my phone company! And my tablet never even came with a card to do anything with. I wouldnt have cared as much but why take the acp from my phone company when the tablet didnt even have a sd card to anything with. It was a card laying on top of the tablet with the chip piece missing!!
