Unity wireless. I'm going to agree with complaint#********. I'm a homeless guy needing a government phone to obtain a job. I asked for a phone and get a tablet instead. A tablet that's been activated by someone else before me. I've tried calling Unity wireless but I don't have any service, because I don't know what password is. You're customer service *****, your device *****, I've tried calling you to get a return package and not a response one. I'm going to trash the tabletBusiness Response

I signed up for these people and also signed a friend up.we both got the tablets but they were broken when we got them we haven't used the first bit of service from these people.for the last 3months they have be canceling my current provider and putting us back on their account Ive asked to cancel both accounts 3times but they keep taking us from our current provider to them and it's not stoppingBusiness Response

This company keeps stealing my ACP benefit and transferring it to their company. Every other day I email them because no one ever answers the telephone to cancel service or unenroll me and they refuse. I get an email saying it's canceled and days later I'm re enrolled. Although our service is advertised as "unlimited," we do have certain thresholds in place to prevent any misuse or abnormal behavior. Depending on your usage patterns, you may be transitioned to different tiers. While your data is indeed unlimited, it is important to note that speeds are capped at 128KBPS, and if you exceed your high-speed data limit, you will experience a reduction in speed. However, checking your account, we see that you have not used up your highspeed data. You stated that you did not want to transfer out, and with your consent, we transferred you back into our system. Please keep in mind that this is something we cannot cxontrol, make sure to reach out to your previous provider and let them know that you do not wish to continue services with them so they cancel your account completely. The number you assigned me has a message when you call it saying that it is not active.Your company has been receiving funds from the government for a service that was never provided to me. I had repeatedly attempted to call and to this date have never spoken to anyone about my technical issue.
