I was given a free phone and free unlimited everything, beyond happy but it was stolen from me like 3 weeks maybe less ago, Ive put in complaints to unity wireless and they havent tried to get ahold of me at all.. jus asking if they can replace it plz I havent had it that longBusiness Response

I applied for unity wireless to get a free phone and service, I never received a phone yet I have service and I keep getting emails saying that I have to keep using my phone service within a 30-day time limit. I asked for a cancellation of this service several times and even transferred out to another company, stand up wireless, and they have great service. But every single day I have to reapply for stand-up wireless to keep my service, even though I have asked for cancellation several times through email and written letters. Their customer service phone hotline is irrelevant to what I need done. After several emails and several days of having to reapply for the same thing every day through staying up wireless, I'm getting sick and tired of this company taking my service away from this other great company. And it's also making me look bad through lifeline and the *** program because I have had several transfers which I don't even know is legal back to stand up wireless from unity wireless. I never received the **** card, a tablet, or a phone through unity wireless, yet they say that I am using it and I keep transferring back to their service. Today was the last day that I will ask for a cancellation from unity wireless. This is causing me very hectic problems with my phone and my phone company.Business Response

I received my tablet, no problem there, had it for, not even 48 hrs & the screen cracks, I've been transfered out 4 times, without my consent or my knowledge of knowing why, and I'm getting 3gb a month, I mean come on, 3gb, really.... what the h*** can you do with 3gb for 30 days.... NOTHING really! Unlimited is advertised, that's what I would consider false advertisement! my tablet is out of data!!!Business Response

Please reach out to your previous provider and let them know you do not wish to be transferred out. Although our service is advertised as "unlimited," we do have certain thresholds in place to prevent any misuse or abnormal behavior. Depending on your usage patterns, you *** be transitioned to different tiers. While your data is indeed unlimited, it is important to note that speeds are capped at 128KBPS, and if you exceed your high-speed data limit, you will experience a reduction in speed. Unity wireless will not cancel my ACP so another phone company can do a benefit transfer (Gen ******* back to them I sent THREE emails and they keep saying the cancelled it but Gen ****** says they have not cancelled nothing and Gen ****** is trying to do a benefit transfer but unity wireless will not cancel it so they can transfer back to Gen ******,they are a dishonest and sneaky company ,,and that is 100 percent trueBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:This is my second time and I thought unity wireless would stop my ACP benefits but they transferred them back to Gen ****** which is the company I want to use then just after a few days back with my cell provider they went ahead without my permission and retransfer my ACP benefits back to unity wireless when I asked them to STOP I DO NOT WANT NO SERVICE FROM UNITY WIRELESS BUT NOW THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH MY CELL SERVICE

I replied to a government based phone and computer company called unity wireless ,who advertised that they are a government based program as they sent me a **** card ,but no phone nor a computer to even use the **** card they've sent to me, I just don't see how I qualify for a **** card but not anything to use it in, I need it to contact my doctors or even emergency,,I have ask unity wireless for a phone or tablet as they advertisement states,but their reply to me was I only qualify for a **** card but not the rest of the package unless I pay money, WHAT??Business Response

We apologize for any in**nvenience that *** have arisen. We understand your frustration, however we would like to provide some clarity. Unity Wireless provides FREE service if you qualify. In this case you do, however, devices are aditional. It is improtant to note that at the time of your application, we did not advertise any " free" phones or tablets. We understand that some *** need a device as they *** not have one already, which is why we have the option that you *** purchase one for a dis**unted price for only $20. If you are eligible for a tablet, there is a required ** pay price per the *** requirement for the tablet.

Hello,
When customers apply for our program, their eligibility goes through the **** in which we are able to assess if they qualify for a free device and service or service alone. Upon checking the details of the customers account they qualified for a SIM card only which we then presented to him alternatives to continue using our service. During our application process we clearly state the parameters of what the customer is signing up for and what the possible outcome may be.

********** (unity client ID#)on or about 09/23 i enrolled in unity wireless for internet service. unknowingly they also without my permission enrolled me in ACP. when i found out about this i immediately tried to call unity and unenroll to know avail. i then contacted ACP and explained to them the issue and they said i could have it transferred back to xfinity which i did. but some how unity keep transferring it back without my permission which has cause me money. i have called xfinity 3 times in the last 3 months to have them transfer it back but again i found out unity reenrolled me again without my permission also i never even had a phone device so how am i even getting enrolled. this has cost me about $35 in the last 3 months. All right well I don't know when it all started much months ago by 6 months ago I was promised a new tablet cuz somebody took my heart out credit and I don't know who it was I never see anything for it well I didn't get no tablet so I immediately wanted to be switched out well as you see by what I uploaded for the past I don't know how many months I'm begging them to stop taking my ACP without my permission they have been illegally taking my ACP they have cost me money health sanity I have been denied bank accounts because of numbers not matching the number I had on the application because I had to get a new number because Unity Wireless taking my ACP from a provider and it having to get another provider and a new number because Unity Wireless taking my stuff without borrowing medicine illegally so this is my Declaration of wanting compensation before we go on with me signing paperwork with lawyers I am demanding $20,000 and restitution if you do not give me $20,000 prepare for $100,000 lawsuit because you have cost me just as much way more than that in health Mental Health and anything in between like today since you transferred me out of Metro by ******** when I did not request to be transferred out I cannot be transferred back in until March and they stop accepting application for ACP on the 7th so guess what you did to me you need Wireless I have no phone at all no more because of you guys where am I supposed to do I have Telehealth I was living in a **** dumpster dude it had Telehealth and couldn't talk to my doctors because you taking my ACP without my permission yes unless you want to see a courtroom take care of thisBusiness Response
