    I am so glad I got in touch with the ACA GROUP to help us get out of our Timeshare. In all the years we had it we never used it. We decided we didnt want it any longer and also didnt want the burden left on any of our children. They took care of everything and let us know what was going on during the process. It was so good working with them. Would recommend them to anyone who wanted out of the program

    The ACA Group explained all of the details with my first call to the office, explained in a way the common person could understand.     After giving payments to 2 different companies that professed to be able to rid me of my ******************, I finally received a call from ACA group. I was skeptical at first, but listened to **** ******** as he explained how *** operated. After talking it over with my husband we agreed to go ahead with ***. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION we ever made and they did everything they said they were going to to.Our legal contact assigned to us kept us informed every step of the way. They said it could take up to 18 months to resolve, but *** got us out of our timeshare in 6 MONTHS!!!!! They were fabulous, honest, knowledgeable and professional.     So far I'm super impressed by how on the ball they are, first day and I've spoke with 3 people all of them explaining everything to me, super polite and making me feel like they've got my back on trying to rid myself of my timeshare. I pray everything from this moment on goes just as smooth, I'll revisit my review when all is behind us. I did my due diligence, I contacted the camber of commerce in *************** and they told me that they are nice people and there have been no issue at all with them. I also looked them up on BBB and the reviews there were very positive. Here's hoping for all good things

    I have disposed of a timeshare a couple of years ago and was not happy with the extra fees and lack of information. So when I needed to dispose of another timeshare I was very skeptical when picking another company.The ACA group was great. The plan and the fees they laid out in their agreement was exactly the way the transaction went. The fees for their services did not change. They kept me informed of the stages of the process and they got it completed in a shorter time than expected. What more can you ask for?
