  At this point in the process, we are quite pleased with the professionalism and the apparent efficiency with which it appears our concerns will be handled.   I was contacted by *** via a phone call a few days ago. My phone said spam, but for some reason I answered. A very kind gentleman asked if I would like help getting out of my timeshare... I was very confused because just two weeks earlier I had a conversation with a friend about needing legal help to get out of this timeshare. I did not want burden my son with some life long financial horror that I had created. An older friend convinced me 17 years ago that it would be great and that we would have amazing vacations! She said it was her gift to me (I'm a single mom)... What a mistake!! I have owned the ********* for 17 years, and never visited the property. I talked to other exit companies with no success. I was very skeptical with a cold call. Actually I am still terrified and stressed to tell you the truth, but I don't have any other solutions. With so many scammers in today's world it's scary, but I was put in touch with *** and he talked to me for 3 hours explaining everything and reassuring me that *** is a legitimate company trying to help people who have been taken advantage of. I believe that God put *** and ACA in my path. I have signed up, sent in my paperwork, and *** has a payment plan which makes this affordable for me. I pray that this is the real deal... I will let you know how it unfolds. So far everyone has been very professional, kind, helpful, and understanding. Thank you ACA

  Contacted ACA Group via web site and left our contact info for return call, this March(2025) and they called back promptly! Damian and Dylan were of the most sincere and helpful people we could have hoped to come across! They gave us vital information and guided us, step-by-step through what we needed to do to get out of the timeshare scam we were so silly to sign on to. Can't thank these people enough! If you need help dealing with timeshare companies, you really NEED to talk to these guys! Like us, I'm sure that you'll be glad you did!
