1 starThis company moved some of my furniture from ******* to ******** in January of this year. On day of pick up, their rate changed exponentially! When I phoned the office, the boss threatened to have some of my furniture removed from the truck if I did not pay the additional money. I had no choice! My furniture did not arrive until the 17th at which time they would not remove my furniture until I paid another additional payment on top of original. They broke an antique rocking chair due to not bracing arms or rockers. After several attempts to get overpayment back, owner *******************, finally collaborated with my Step mother (who had set up this contract and helped pay for move( and I. After some time in this collaboration, ****** admitted owing the overpayment to me of over $700.00. It is June 30, 2023 and I still have not received my money. I have called and emailed to only get a rebuff and a feeble reply of "Ill send your money once everything has processed.. Its June 30, 2023! He avoids emails and phone calls, only the b reply far and few between to say, Ive received your email or phone call. Waiting for thugs to process and will get your money to you. He us a liar and his company does not stand by a true work ethic. I do not recommend this company to anyone per a local move or a move out of city or state. So very upset as he owes me over $700.00 that I need and did not have!Review fromAbhi S

1 starI have never seen a more inefficient and rude bunch of people. They were supposed to move my stuff from ********** to ******* on 21st June,2023 (thats 2 days from today).Today when I call them for the final visual before the move,they tell me they cant do it because they are not allowed to operate in **********.Are you kidding me?? Why did you take my advance and send me contract?Now I am in the last minute looking for a different Mover and because of your inefficiency I will have to dish out Rush charges. Trust me ,I will definitely see you in court.

1 starTL; DR: With the exception of the actual moving crew, this company lies without shame, doesn't follow through, and will say whatever they think will get you to give them your money. The company is completely untrustworthy. Don't hire them. We hired Direct Relocation Services when another moving service failed to show up as promised. We were on a tight schedule and needed to have our mother's belongings delivered to her new location before she got there. Richard assured us -- REPEATEDLY -- that this would happen. The moving crew (******* and ****) showed up as scheduled and did a brilliant job wrapping everything and getting it onto the truck. We thought we were set. That was the last time Direct Relocation Services did what they said they would do. After failing to return our calls about status, we finally got a call back and were told that the truck wouldn't be leaving Florida until AFTER the date it was supposed to be delivered. That was two weeks ago, and delivery still hasn't happened. In other words, they flat-out lied to us.
