5 starsI used the storage space facility of these movers came to my house by 3 pm, packed and gathered things and took everything with them by 4 pm. My staff stayed with them for a week, which has been a worthwhile experience.

5 starsIt doesn't matter how well a customer thinks they took care of packing, there are still loose items to do. Our driver Joe had great patience with us and explained everything well. The first half (pickup) of our belongings went very well. We anticipate the second half (delivery) will go just as well.Direct Relocation Services

1 starMouse P*** and Cockroaches - Please read why this was an awful experience: - Under Estimate Total Square Footage to give you a lower price and you get hit when they are there. I went from 350 square fee to 600 square feet an price almost doubled - They were going to ************** for two months. Once they had the good they raised the price 50% - When we receive the belongings, they are wrecked. They were treated poorly, and the brand new boxes now had oil stains, mouse p*** in the clothes, and cockroaches coming out of boxes. - I called over and over to try and get some compensation and they offer $125 on a $5,000 move where we had to get all clothes cleaned and the breakage of fragile items was severe. 2 starsBUYER BEWARE: While I did book moving through Safe Ship, Direct Relocation services is directly responsible for services rendered. I did reach out to *************************** to share my disappointment and never got a response.Our pickup date was changed at the last minute but luckily, we were able to accommodate the change. Two guys arrived in branded shirts and truck. I felt confident that this was a legitimate company. One problem, I was told the inventory was not accurate and it was going to be more expensive than what I was quoted. What can someone say & do about this-hands are tied as need to get items moved!! Also, I was also never told that my items were going to a warehouse and would be unloaded and held until they had a full truck going to near us. Fast forward 9 days and we finally get delivery. This was after I made all the calls inquiring about what was going on. Communication from Direct Relocation Services was radio silent!! We were surprised to have only one person, in a Penske rental truck, no company identifying shirt show up. Was told another person was on the way to help with delivery and set up. Nobody ever showed. My daughter, husband and I ended up taking off 90 percent of the packing blankets so as he wasn't at our house all night. Additionally, I find it disconcerting that payments aren't made to the same accounts at pick up & delivery. Furthermore, leading me to believe the delivery was sub-contracted out. Appears they hide behind the loose regulations and lengthy contracts that hide the many loopholes.I will be sharing my concerns with the *** as the business practices I encountered during this process are unacceptable.Review fromsarah s

1 starI would give them zero stars if I could. No idea how the **** customer rating showed up here, just look at the Better Business Bureau complaints. This company lies, completely disrespectful, absolute lack of integrity and they don't take responsibility for anything. They damaged over $10,000 dollars worth of my things (some which cannot be replaced) and offered me $80 based on the ridiculous insurance they offer. All I can say is beware beware. I have never dealt with anything like this before, I'm retired firefighter and would never treat anybody like they have treated me. Complete scam company!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromConnor O
