    Hello to you, I hope all is well for you.I am having problems with a transaction, and I hope you can assist or advise on the issue(s). Thank you for your attention and time.I purchased a set of car floor mats on AutoNationParts.com on Sep. 21st, 2024. Order #****-104778. The costs were ***** + 9.44 + 8.18 = ****** ($) a. The products came with a vastly different pattern than what the website has. b. When I checked the order status, the price of the products was less than what they had charged me. I contacted them on the next three consecutive business days (Sep. 30th, Oct. 1st, Oct. 2nd) because they first promised to get back to me on the same day (Sep. 30th), and then promised to get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. They never did. I requested them to 1. send the same pattern on the web site with the right part number (so they fit the vehicle). And match the price it listed in the order status. Or, 2. offer a fair discount. Or, 3. a full refund of the products. They keep deferring me to wait for their product management team, or alternatively they are offering a return that can charge up to 50% for restocking fees. Much appreciated.

    Pay Pal Purchase of a part that arrived damaged, costing around 11.54$ USD, they dragged their response time to a point that i can not get a refund or anything of the sorts ****** Transaction ID: ***************** Date: Aug 7th, 24 ****** Dispute Number PP-R-WBR-********* Filed on the 17th, didn't respond until the 2nd responded on the fourth, and then the case was given to them in favor. when little to no effort was given when i put the majority of the effort to show it arrived broken and non-functional. due to the clip being broken.Didn't attempt to really "solve" the problem just skirted around ****** to seem like they are active. Photos of the dispute: *************************** I have tried to contact them numerous times just to either get a new part that is unbroken or a refund of the cost of the product, but calling them doesn't work, emailing them 2~ times doesn't work, and using pay pal dispute doesn't worth with their company..Waiting until last week to "respond" just to get the case auto-closed in their favor. That is absolute unprofessionalism right there i have tried since the day I received the product that it was broken, but this company has made sure that their response time, or existence to a minimum.From what i feel and conclude after all this, i deem that they didn't try to resolve it just to put enough effort just for ****** to put it in their favor, they have still yet to contact me via their email contact support. I feel justified to say that they only did what was needed to get them in favor of ******.

    On June 08, 2024 I placed an order for a spare part with Autonationparts.com. I bought my car from Autonation and I believed that their departments would be as professional, as their dealership was. The order was supposed to arrive between June ***** and I paid for standard shipping. On June 12, I still haven't received any update or tracking information on my order. I tried to contact autonationparts.com. There is no phone number on their form so I used the online contact form to check on order status. No feedback was received. No proof that I submitted such inquiry was also present. On June 15, 2024 I send another follow up request for an order update. No response was received nor any proof of submission of my query. As I was worried that my car is staying in the shop waiting for the spare part on June 18, I sent another last follow up, requestion update or to dispute the charge. No feedback was received. As a result, my car is now staying in the shop with no spare part received, I cannot complete the repairs and there is no feedback received from Autonationparts. I had to pay the shop separately to procure the part. I would like this nightmare to be finished, as the order is still showing In progress without any actual movement or any way to contact the business. I would like this transaction to be cancelled and all my money refunded and we would consider this as a bad experience and a lessons learned not to shop from autonationparts.com anymore. Attached is also a pdf printout of my order as of this morning. My order number is 2710-78512.

    Placed an order for parts on May 25, 2024 with a total of $870.18 order #***** and still haven't received any updates till this day as of Jun 14, 2024. Decided to finally call this week and they never pick up! Saying all their people are "buzy at the moment"

    The amount on hold in the customer's account was released. The account is not charged until the order ship's as to not inconvenience the customer in case the order is canceled for any reason. If the account was charged, the customer could have to wait up to 7 business days for a return, however, when a hold is released, the amount being held will no longer show in the customer's account at all.

    Ordered part on 3/26/24. Order # ****-49951. Total amount $81.73. Wrong part was delivered on 4/1/24 via ***** (tracking # ************). I called and requested an exchange on 4/1. They emailed requesting pictures which I sent them. The bag that the part was in has the correct part #. But the part in the bag is not actually that part #. Bag was opened at some point and taped shut so someone probably put wrong part in the bag. I requested either a refund or an exchange. They said they would assist me with that. But since that time no part has been sent or refund. And they no longer answer the multiple emails I have sent requesting an update.

    Ordered left side light assembly and what was sent is right side, attempted to call company several times and they put you on hold, emailed them 3 times at their website site, what them to send the correct part or refund my money
