    Like some of the other customers on here, the company played bait and switch on my shipping costs. They wanted an extra $12 for shipping 4 days after i paid for and placed the order. I cancelled the order but they shipped it anyway. When i went to return the order, which had a total cost of approximately $28 with shipping, they wanted to remove the shipping from the original cost of the part. My return would have only been $18. Not sure how you deduct shipping from the parts original price on a return.

The customer was not charged a restocking fee or for the return. However, they were not refunded the $4.90 for shipping as per our policy.

    I ordered an OEM part (roof rack) via the web page, and paid the stated shipping price of $8.44 for the item. Several days later the sent me an email stating "Upon reviewing your order, we noticed a shipping price error...."Later on they state that there is an ADDITIONAL $30.00 cost to ship my item and that I have to call them to authorize! So they want $38.44 to ship a relatively light weight item. This feels very much like a bait and switch situation. If I did pay that much for shipping it would bring the total cost for the item up to or even above that of just walking into the local brick and mortar dealership and buying off-the-shelf.

    Horrible experience. I paid for a part and never got sent. They charged me twice and never replied to my emails. Poor business practice.

    When I ordered the part I received an email with an order number. The email told me to go to the site to check on the order. When I did that the webpage replied that it was an invalid order number. So I called the customer service number, which has a message telling me to use the on-line contact form. I did - to tell them to cancel the order. Repeat multiple times. No response. Then I get an email telling me they are processing the order. I replied to the email telling them to cancel, and I used the on-line contact form as well for the same. They shipped a part, but I had already cancelled. I had also found the part elsewhere and made the repair. Now I can't get a response to my request for a return, and I have a part for an order that I cancelled in the manner they directed. I SUSPECT A SCAM!

    I have been trying to get in contact about the wrong part being sent, there is no way to contact them, their phones are always swapped, Im at a loss but to file a complaint and possible law suit under consumer rights. I have tried to settle this out with whatever its been accessible to me and there is nothing Ive been able to solve.

    Placed order on 6/18/2024 with the understanding that there would be 3-5 days processing plus shipping. After that period I checked the status of the part and there was no movement, I called and emailed numerous times with no luck. On 6/29/2024 I received an email stating that they were experiencing delays and there was no ETA for the part. I called and emailed because I didnt have time for further delay, and wanted to cancel my order. I was finally able to talk to someone in 7/3/2024 to cancel my order. As soon as I got off the phone with the lady I received an email stating that they didnt even have the part available and couldnt fulfill my order. If that was the case why did they hold almost $400 for an order they couldnt fulfill. Horrible customer service.

    I ordered a part for my elderly uncle's pickup truck. They took the money, but we never received the part. I cannot call to speak to someone because there is no phone number. I have sent multiple emails through their portal and have not received anything from the theme. I, unfortunately, had to leave a one-star for this to post otherwise I would not have given any stars!!!!I CAN NOT STAND PEOPLE OR PLACES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS!

    Terrible customer service doesn't fit here. In order to have terrible customer service you have to have customer service to begin with. My door handle on my truck broke so I ordered a oem replacement set online. With in 24 hours I got a shipment notice and the package actually arrived early. Unfortunately it was not what I had ordered. I instantly filled out their online form to start a return and replacement. The auto response from the form said they will respond within ***** business hours. To expedite the process I placed another order (my mistake). Fast forward 3 weeks to today. I filled out that form 5 more times, Emailed their orders and *************************** another 5 or 6 times. Called only to be put on a call back waiting list at least a dozen times. I have gotten ZERO response from them. My new order has not processed, and I have not gotten a return auth/label. This ordeal and lack of correspondence has blown my mind. I have never experienced a company in any industry, with such a disregard for customer service or lack there of. Save yourself the headache and buy your autoparts elsewhere.

    Terrible service. Ordered a part and paid for expedited shipping. Part gets here late, somewhat because of them using **** which they said was the low cost provider. It was not what I ordered. Called and after 30 minutes got someone who said he'd ship out the right part and gave me a label to return the wrong part to them. None of that happened. Called again and 45 minutes later got someone who said they'd do what they were supposed to. She did, but it took a week or so to even tell me that they wouldn't ship the right part until I returned their wrong part, or I had to buy the right part again, and they'd credit me for the wrong one when they go it. I had to ask them to pay the shipping, that took a day or 2 to get an ok. Then I had to chase my refund, even when they'd had the wrong part back in their hands for days. Inept, unprofessional, and very poor service. Never again
