    Super responsive and thorough! Had a hard fought battle in court against the insurance company (State Farm) where they pitted The St. Lucie appraisal vs their own appraisal. Franklin's methodology easily convinced the judge that our number was more accurate and I won the case for the full asking amount. He provided me with sound advice along throughout the 1 year process and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him.

    After 4 months of going back and forth dealing with ***** trying to low ball me for the value of my truck and getting nowhere, I turned to Franklin and The St. Luci Appraisal Company to help me out.
