    Franklin and ********* were both very helpful in navigating the nightmare that is dealing with insurance companies. I had a total loss situation and the insurance company undervalued my car significantly. Franklin didnt make any promises but over delivered and got me a much better settlement than the insurance company offered. I ended up with 134% more than the initial offer.

    I cant say enough about ***** and his team. For someone who has never experienced anything like this, he explained everything in the beginning from start to finish. My case consisted of the insurance company trying to under value my custom truck in a total loss. It is a long process so be prepared, but in the end ***** and his company recovered over double what the insurance company initially offered so it was well worth the wait. Hopefully we dont ever have to go thru that experience again but if we do, I wont hesitate to call him again. Thanks for everything you do, The Welsh Family.

    Thanks Frank! Before kicking off the process he answered my questions about the process and the appraisal report was well researched and thorough. The insurance company offered me 82% of what I asked for based on his report as their first offer and that is acceptable to me. He also gives you a demand template and instructions on how to manage. Really can’t say enough about the value his service offers

    I never heard of a company that would help you with auto diminished value until Dec 2024. With a referral at the body shop I used to fix my car I contacted ******** @St Lucie Appraisal *** to see if he could help.He was quick to answer my questions, knowledgeable, & timely getting the necessary paperwork work to state my claim.
