    ***** and the team did a great job! Progressive didn't offer a fair value on my Tesla Model X. ****************** wouldn't help at all, Progressive made it sound like I would get a lowball offer if I exercised my right to have an independent appraiser. After I hired The St. Lucie Appraisal Co they did come back with a lowball offer. Luckily ***** was there to guide me the entire time including filing a complaint with the *****************.     The entire process took about 10 days. 1 week for St Lucie Appraisal ** to send us a report, and a few days for us to submit that report to the insurance company, where they immediately countered with their own estimate. We were advised that it was a fair settlement and it was excepted. I am very happy with the outcome of this service and highly recommend it to anyone who was not at fault for their cars damage. For an 18 month old SUV the diminished value offer was $4k for rear end damage, (bumper, rear gate, spare tire and rim all replaced)

    We have a 2023 Lexus RX 350h that was damaged in a crash back in November. The damaged was repaired by a certified collision center and paid for by the insured that caused the crash insurance company, During the process of the repair I learned about Diminished Value. I contacted St Lucie Appraisal (Frank ********) for an evaluation of the vehicle and the damage to determine the diminished value as a result of the crash. The process in providing the necessary information was very easy and in about a week I received a comprehensive report back stating the diminished value, which I sent to the insurance company of the insured that cause the crash. Based on the report and my conversation with the claims representative, I was able to get a $6,000 settlement for diminished value. Frank (St Lucie Appraisal) was very professional and provided an outstanding report, which was key in getting the settlement. St Lucie Appraisal did an outstanding job in conducting the assessment and generating the report and also providing me with guidance on how to proceed with this claim, I sincerely appreciate Frank’s assistance, including our conversations during the process and prior to agreeing to the offer from the Insurance company to ensure that the offer was fair.
