5 starsWindows came in over 2 months earlier than expected. Installers were friendly but it all started with the salesman. I got quotes from multiple companies but this salesman was great. I didnt feel a high pressure sales. The product was explained and my questions were answered. No pressure and very knowledgeable.Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

1 starI spent several thousand dollars having storm smart installed. Took three months to get. The problem is when I needed service , its taking over two months to get service I would not recommend this company . They dont seem to care about customer serviceStorm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsOur sales rep **** was very intelligent and knew his products well. It was easy to choose Storm Smart. I was very nervous about the install process, but the Storm Smart install team lead by **** (Spelling?) was amazing. We were told it would take three days. The install team was here on time all three days and even finished early on the third day. Our old windows were difficult to remove, and they made it look easy. They cleaned up after themselves, left no damage whatsoever and the windows and doors look amazing! I will use Storm Smart again in the future for electric storm roll down screens on my lanai.Storm Smart Building Systems, LLC

5 starsI like dealing with a one-stop-shop. From beginning to end of our **** repairs" and subsequent upgrades and improvements, I dealt with one company instead of a combination of suppliers, vendors, and installers. The message from the beginning was "We do it all, and we'll take care of you!" At each step of the way, I felt that Storm Smart was totally on top of things.
