    The salesperson to the install crew were exceptional they were friendly and explained everything we had the roll down shutters put on back of **** covering our sliding doors, will definitely use them in the future for our windows.I highly recommend them!

    The entire process with Storm Smart is outstanding from Estimate to Final Inspections. The hurricane ****** is a great product and easy to install, the technician was very professional and answered all my questions, he cleaned up the entire area when he was completed. I will use them for my windows in the future.

    So far so good. Looks and functions exactly as described. The installation was very impressive. The guys had to deal with a bit of rain and a storm screen that was bit too small. ***** got a replacement screen so the job could be finished on time. That was really above and beyond service. The team was efficient and detail focused. The team made sure our property was cleaned thoroughly. There was a bit of an issue with set up for the *** system. *****, ***** and the customer service team made arrangements to have a tech come to our home and set that system up and correct any issues. As of this review we are waiting for that service to completed as we were not available on their first available day. Excellent service and product.

    Great final product and easy to work with. Wish I would have used them for my windows! I used a different company for my windows before I realized Storm Smart sold windows, and they absolutely botched the project. I highly recommend Storm Smart!

    The entire process with Storm Smart is outstanding from Estimate to Final Inspections. Everyone that I dealt with was very detailed and timely with clear communication throughout the process. The Installation Team took great care in protecting personal items and property through the process and worked very hard to minimize the intrusive nature of the installation process. Just a fantastic experience overall and have never been more pleased in feeling that I made the right choice in selecting Storm Smart to provide the services to protect a very large investment into my property
