            On April 18, 2023, I contracted the business to come and repair the drivers window Which I was not able to lift. I contacted the business and they require payment upfront of $150. I paid upfront as requested, and I was advised that once I bought the part, I chose to do so instead of having them of charge me a fee, that the tech will come back and finish the job. I have a receipt that indicates that this is paid for in the company now refuses to send a technician if I dont pay them $50 additionally, because the technician that performed half the work is on vacation for the company. The employee I texted is saying that I have to either wait or pay money to receive the services I paid for as it stays on the receipt the issue. I am looking forward to either get the work performed in a timely manner or otherwise be reimbursed for half of it since the work was not performed.

            Stay far! The first quote he gave me was $550 in writing. Two months later is turned into $595. He was on his phone the whole time he was installing my glass. He cracked the exterior housing under the windshield. He left the old cracked glass on my neighbors lawn. The new glass at 50mph sounds like I have my windows down. You can see the rubber trim around the glass on the interior of the car. He said he would come and fix the problem 5 days ago and still has not showed up. Now they no longer answer my messages or phone calls. My expensive car sounds like a ****** Yaris at this point. The shop that is willing to fix his mistake says this is not the first time they have to fix bad installation from So Flo *********************** They even said he has previously installed the wrong glass on peoples cars. You get what you pay for and this is surely and example of that. Dont walk, run away from this company.
