    On June 12, 2024, We found So Flo Best Price Autoglass on ******* When He arrived, it was sprinkles of rain, he assured me it would be ok, hes been replacing windows since he was 13 years old. I left him to do his job, he contacted me maybe ***** min later to come get my keys the windows replacement was completed. I came back to the door way of my apartments, where he handed me my key because it had started to rain a bit harder. He then informed me he would have to return on a later date to vacuum the glass out from inside the door panel, which he couldnt do at the time being because of the rain, Which was understandable. I then asked how much was it again, he told me $425. I gave him cash and he didnt provide a receipt initially, so i asked for a receipt. He stated he doesnt give out paper receipts, what is my email? Because thats how he sends his invoices i gave him my email, he assured me he will email it once the job is completed. He said he would return within the next couple of days to vacuum the door panel when the weather clears up, ok no problem. The next time in get into my car, i notice he had damaged my wood frame on the door with scratches, on 6/14/24 was my first time trying to let the window down & i noticed the window isnt operating correctly, it would go down then wouldnt come up, or when i tried to roll it up it would automatically go back down. So a few days pass, the weather had cleared up. I reached out 6/14/24, after business hours to schedule the next time he would be able to come out, they replied to call back 6/17/24 Monday morning. He came a little after 4pm. I told him what was going on with the car. He told me to go inside he cant work while being watched. I left him to complete the job, I came out to a broken window same window he replaced before and stabs in my leather. I pointed out the new damages, he immediately slammed the door & said F*** it than and drove off

    Here is the bottom of my door, where he pried open or made a whole to get the glass from the bottom of the door Im assuming. He has vandalized my vehicle. He took my money and left me with a damaged door.

    Customer wanted installation. I said it was raining and they rushed and wanted it anyway. Rain stopped and I installed. Customer then rushed me so car wouldnt get wet. ***** was left in door so I agreed to come back and get glas out. Came back and it ws impossible to get glass and the while trying the new glass cracked. Thats when noticed that new glass only crack and didnt shatter into tiny pieces . She had a cheaper version that broke. I explained if she purchased another glass I would install for free . Thats when all the back and forth happened

    I am rejecting this response because: That doesnt even makes sense, explain the damage seen in photos, he vandalized my vehicle. I didnt rush anything, i was in my apartment. Also he never said if i purchase another window, he would install it for free why would i purchase another window, after he cracked it? This guy is insane and should not be in business. Hes playing a dangerous game!

    Yes. I went above and beyond and even tried to get another glass. I will return $200 for the cost of the glass. If thats ok. If not , then I feel as if she is the cause of her own problems. By ******* and making me feel like I had to rush. Thanks

    On April 18, 2023, I contracted the business to come and repair the drivers window Which I was not able to lift. I contacted the business and they require payment upfront of $150. I paid upfront as requested, and I was advised that once I bought the part, I chose to do so instead of having them of charge me a fee, that the tech will come back and finish the job. I have a receipt that indicates that this is paid for in the company now refuses to send a technician if I dont pay them $50 additionally, because the technician that performed half the work is on vacation for the company. The employee I texted is saying that I have to either wait or pay money to receive the services I paid for as it stays on the receipt the issue. I am looking forward to either get the work performed in a timely manner or otherwise be reimbursed for half of it since the work was not performed.

    We ask that all customers purchase parts in a timely manner.  The customer waited over 30 days to have parts installed. We give the customer 7 days to purchase parts. Since its outside of the time frame alotted, we agreed to send a tech out for $50 which is our  minimal service fee.  The customer refused to pay the fee. 

    Normally we purchase parts and have the job done in a timely manner, often next day.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ??the receipt does not indicate that the part needs to be obtained and installed prior to 30 days of the dated receipt. I was never issued a contract with the terms stipulated that there was a 30 day window to complete the work.?The employee did not supply the complete information for the part until 4/24. Making today a month since the information was provided. Part did not arrive at the dealership for another week. I was out of town after that.? The business is not fulfilling their obligations to me, and the receipt shows clearly that the work is paid for.

    Theres no specification that there will be a $50 service fee to have a tech finish the work paid in full for anywhere in writting. The receipt says labor is paid for.

    Additionally, the business has no proof in writing as to the claims the are making about the timeframes stated on their response to this complaint. I corresponded via text message with an employee and theres no mention of the timeframes. This allegations are arbitrary and hearsay at best. Please refer to the attachments provided initially, the receipt is included stating that I would obtain the parts and that the labor is covered.

    The business was supposed to provide a windshield replacement repair. I spoke to them on 1/23/23. They said that they are a small company and do not take credit cards only Zelle. I Zelle'd them a deposit of $1300 so that they could supposedly order the windshield. 4 days later they claim that the windshield came in damaged and would need to be re-ordered. They would not provide proof of ever ordering it or proof that it was damaged. I asked for a refund and they stopped answering my calls, they would only text. I started doing more research on this company to find out they were evicted from their office for not paying rent, and they have multiple LLC's throughout ******* that are linked to these same names of people and phone numbers. *****************-302-7535. *************************, ***********************************, Shqurria ******. A few of their businesses I found are: So Flo **** Price Auto Glass LLC, Direct Source Glass Solutions , ***************************** 813. They have continued to lie over and over and will not refund my money. When I looked at all of these companies they had other reviews for people being scammed.

    The customer originally scheduled with Safelite Autoglass but the glass would take 7 days to arrive.  Initially he wanted to bill insurance company but was in a rush to do it next day.  Customer sent deposit and glass arrived in 3 days at Porsche.  The glass was defective and Porsche said they would refund money to my card and it could take up to 3 days. The customer would not accept this fact and became irrational and started yelling racist slurs. He then went online and posted comments that are not true, destroying our business image before allowing the refund period to play out. 

    Since the customer did communicate effectively in time we did not return glass and stil have it in our warehouse.  Porsche would have returned the item and refunded me the same day but once the glass leaves no refunds on special ordered parts. 

    Also refund was offered Initially when part was discovered wrong but customer refused and wanted to install glass that was defective because he had been without vehicle for two weeks.

    If customer takes down slanderous comments then we will not purse defamation lawsuit and work out a possible resolution.  Thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: This is a lie. They never ordered glass from Porsche.  They will not show proof of the order from Porsche, and furthermore they won't show proof of damage glass supposedly received from Porsche. I never made any racist comments or yelled they would not answer my calls, and they would not provide a refund.  They stole $1300 from me and have still not refunded me 14 days later.  They sent me a generic text message about 14 day refund policy which means nothing.  I asked for proof of refund in process and they won't provide anything.  They continue to lie.

    I left them a negative ****** review with proof documenting my case.  They tried to say I was a competitor trying to hurt their business when they know this is false.  They say they don't accept advance payments which is another lie, clearly you can see on my attached invoice requesting Zelle deposit of $1300 which I paid.  

    I want my $1300 refunded and don't want this to happen to anyone else in the future.  I was scammed.  Please help!
