In December 2023, I was scammed by one of their content creators. I and the content creator made an agreement, and this exchange was documented and forwarded to the business. We agreed I would pay a price of $350 in exchange for content I had requested. I would pay half up front and the rest upon delivery (i.e., after receiving the content). The content creator then told me they would not be sending me any content, despite earlier agreeing to do so. Of course, this is fraud, so I requested my money back from my credit facility. The business then suspended my account because I had initiated a chargeback claiming that I had received what I had paid for. I filed a complaint internally with the company. *****, a representative from the company, began repeatedly insisting that there was no fraud or scam despite the fact that I had showed her the documentation clearly showing the content provider agreeing with me to provide certain content and then not sending me any content at all, even after I had already paid half in advance as we agreed. She began insisting that actually, "there was no agreement confirmed regarding the content specifics, price, timelines, or delivery methods." She failed to realize that if that she said were true, then how can she claim that I had received what I paid for? This resulted in a needless back-and-forth where she continually refused to admit that her content creator was in the wrong, despite the fact that this creator was under investigation previously for complaints about **** and fraud. To this day, my account remains suspended and my access to the website is limited. I want my account restored fully.Initial Complaint

Subscribed to a free profile then paid $15+ tax for the premium / spicy profile. This user had the same exact content on that as the free one. This is a SCAM as they are leading people to believe that by paying they get more but they dont! I reported this to customer service and asked they remove this account and refund my money and they refuse to do anything about it which in turn makes your operation a SCAM too by supporting it so you get your cut of the money. I was blacklisted for supposedly requesting a refund. I dont remember doing that and, whenever I do request one from somewhere, I ask not to get one if itll result in me being banned. I didnt use the accounts often and just now a few days ago they were banned. At first, all OnlyFans said was I violated a rule and didnt say what it was and sent me the list of rules. I pride myself on following rules and I never wouldve broken it if I knew it was against the rules. I have autism and dont understand things that arent in plain language and theyre not in plain language. I even have a case manager because of my disability. I tried understanding the rules I was sent but I couldnt. Eventually, I was told it was because of the alleged refund. I was also told that if I pay the $10 on one of the blacklisted accounts, then theyll be reactivated. Im willing to but theyre blacklisted. Its a catch-22. I submitted an appeal and within 1.5 hours, I got a response that it was carefully evaluated and the appeal was denied and the decision is permanent. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they werent intentionally discriminating against me. After I became vulnerable and revealed my personal problems (lautism) to provide context and STILL was denied, I now am convinced that I was intentionally discriminated against. Our investigation revealed that the user initiated an unauthorized chargeback against OnlyFans using their duplicate account @**********, which has been deleted, making it impossible to restore for the purpose of settling the clawback.
Per our Terms of Service (****************************************), which all users agree to upon registration:
"You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund in respect of any Fan/Creator Transaction or tip to a Creator, or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any Fan/Creator Transaction or tip to a Creator. If we consider that any request for a refund or chargeback request was made by you in bad faith, we have the right to suspend or delete your User account."
However, we are making a one-time exception by reinstating the profile @u428912638, associated with the email address ************************ The user needs to log in to the profile, agree to our TOS, and commit to not violating them in the future.
The user is not required to pay a $10 fee but must comply with our regulations and refrain from initiating chargebacks in the future.

Our investigation has revealed that the user has purchased a subscription and 19 PPV (pay-per-view) messages via direct chat. Our review of all transactions did not uncover any fraudulent activity or misrepresented content in this case. As per our Terms of Service (****************************************), a refund cannot be provided if the user has received access to the paid content.
To facilitate our investigation and assist the user, we need additional information. Our investigation revealed that the user initiated the account deletion process on 03/24/2022. However, according to our regulations, if a content creator has active subscribers and a positive balance, the profile cannot be deleted right away. That is why the profile in question was temporarily suspended due to inactivity since 2022.
Following a manual review by our dedicated team, we have removed all restrictions previously placed on the profile and processed the associated payout successfully.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused the user.

Hello sorry theres been a big misunderstanding I was robbed April ************************************************************* and my wallet i had powder thrown into my eyes I couldnt see for at least 6 days I now retained some eyesight I went to my bank account and saw over $500 taken out by onlyfans imagine my reaction right I didnt make these purchases nor have I used onlyfans in at least 4 years please cancel the subscriptions to all these people I dont know them and I dont want to know them and refund me my money back please sorry but I didnt make these purchases. On April 4, 9 & 14th I requested my payout from onlyfans **************. I patiently waited the 5 days after my pays were fully processed on Onlyfans. 5 days go by, no deposit in my bank account. 5 days since the April 9th withdrawal still no deposit! I open a ticket through OF support. I was promised if I provided bank statements they would be able to look into it and return my pays back to my primary balance. 2 weeks gone by. No pay. No support provided. Onlyfans closing my tickets faster then I can open them requesting their support/ help. I asked them to cancel my payments from the 4,9,14 as they never arrived in my bank. No response and closed the ticket once again. At this point if my money doesnt go into my bank or back to my primary balance I am left with one option and that will be suing *****/Onlyfans. On March 22nd I subbed to an Onlyfans creator ********************* VIP page for $7.50 and then tipped the creator $5.00 for some content which i didn't receive anything except the individual talking extremely inappropriately to me. I asked the creator how much for a custom photo set and they tried to get me to pay $600 which is a disgusting outrageous amount of money. I had to cancel the card in fear of getting scammed by this individual. So therefore I had to get a brand new card and I deleted my account so this individual couldn't harass me for more money. I tried asking Onlyfans for a refund and they constantly are strict regarding refunds. So I would like my money back in some way, shape or form. This website constantly defends their creator and has allowed victims to be screwed over. After conducting a thorough investigation, we have found that the user in question voluntarily subscribed to the content creator and tipped $5. Our Terms of Service (****************************************) clearly state that we cannot issue a refund if the user has already received access to the creator's account and content.
Furthermore, the user reported that their profile was hacked and these purchases were not authorized by contacting our support team. However, after a careful investigation, we found that the hack report was false and the user later admitted to forgetting about the purchases but still insisted on a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for the $7.50 subscription fee as the user had already accessed all the published content by the content creator. Additionally, the tips in the amount of $5.00 were voluntary, and there was no prior agreement between the fan and creator that the user would receive extra content in exchange for these tips.
We highly recommend that the user review our Terms of Service (****************************************) on this matter, as all users agree to our policy upon registering their profile.

I am rejecting this response because:yes I got the charges mixed up because I was busy and thought I was hacked but wasn't. But I told Onlyfans support that I wasn't and even apologized for the mix up. But my issue is the content creating trying to ask me for 600 dollars and giving a half a** response instead of elaborating more and seeing what I potentially wanted in a custom order. I'm sorry you don't lure people from your free account into your VIP and then telling people a ridiculous amount of money without further details or explanation. That's why I found it very suspicious. But I rest my case I want to close the case now since there's no point in arguing with a company that defends inappropriate content creators.
I don't wish to be contacted anymore by Onlyfans regarding this matter. Close the case I have nothing more to say.
