      I ordered my product November 20, 2022. I was told via email they are backed logged in orders and it would ship. No other email follow up. They took $188.01 , from my account and I emailed them to follow-up. Nothing in return. The shipping was 2-4 Business days. I recently read the reviews and a lot of people have reported this as fraud. How are they still an online business and rated A+ with the BBB. Please help me and others to get our money back.

      I recently ordered a blanket from Paw.com. After getting lost in the mail on the way to my home, I called, emailed and called again and finally someone contacted me. That customer service experience was outstanding, and I finally received my blanket. (This is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.) I felt satisfied...until I opened my blanket and realized it was much darker than it appears on the website. I went to Paw.com's site to try and exchange it for a lighter color, but the option to exchange for any other color doesn't exist on the site. So, I called, emailed, called, emailed, emailed again and called again over a period of about a week and a half....nothing in return. I simply wanted to ask what my options were for exchanging the blanket I ordered, and nobody would return my call or my email. I just got "all of our agents are busy" message, which I've seen has happened to others as well. I don't know if they're a scam company or just have terrible service, but I will NEVER use them again. What's ironic is after my first experience, I would have raved about them and recommended them to everyone. Instead, I'm returning my blanket and hope I get my money back.

      The company shipped only part of my order and has yet to respond to any phone calls. (They have a message stating they have no representatives to calls and to leave a message and your email address.) I've sent emails and they state they will respond in three days, however that hasn't happened either. I would not purchase anything from this company. Poor customer service is really NO CUSTOMER service. My only recourse is to dispute the charges on my credit card. Do not buy anything from this company because if something goes wrong you will never get it *********** star is not a poor enough rating for Paw.com

      I am so frustrated! This was my first purchase from Paw.com. I loved the cover for the insert but when I opened the insert it was heavily stained and flat! After 3 days the memory foam remained hard. I have called paw.com SEVERAL times but no one ever accepted my call or returned my call!!! I sent an email with photos of the insert and still waiting to hear back. I'm very concerned since I spent almost $200.00 on this bed. It is for a trip I am taking over Christmas with my senior dog. I need something ASAP!! Just please send me a NEW insert and I will be happy. I'm wondering if I need to contact my bank to stop payment. I was so happy to find this bed but now I am so disappointed and the money is spent!

      I ordered hundreds of dollars I cant really afford in merchandise to help my senior pup who is seriously ill. The memory foam on one of the beds never expanded properly. I spent a week trying to get through to customer service, left a half dozen messages and no return call. When I finally got through the rep could have cared less and actually said no one would be bothered to call me back when he was not able to answer my questions and I asked for a supervisor. Part of the order was billed but never shipped. Now the recording for customer service doesnt give you the option for a call back just sit on hold. Washed one of the blankets last night for the first time and clumps of fur are falling out. I am desperately looking for waterproof items but have wasted my time and money on this company. Shame on paws.com for taking without providing service.

      I placed two order. November 27th PupRug Faux Fur Orthopedic Dog Bed Cover - Curve Charcoal Grey - Received it on 12/01.Same order was supposed to include a PupRug Bundle - Orthopedic Bed Curve, Holiday Red Plaid + Matching Waterproof Blanket + Pillow -haven't received it yet.Placed another order on November 28th PupRug Bundle - Orthopedic Bed Curve, Holiday Blue Plaid + Matching Waterproof Blanket.Was hoping to recieve before Christmas but doubtful now. I have sent a email to customer support no response, left a voice mail and try to send a general message on ******** and Instagram and haven't heard anything. Can't use the cover without a bed. Hoping to recieve shipment soon. Had high hopes and right now I regret purchasing ??

      Ordered a large PupRug with memory foam insert. Order #****** on 11/24/22. We followed precise instructions and after 3+ days the memory pad has not expanded. As it states on the directions, you should not be able to repack for return. I have packed this week in the original shipping box. Have called daily, sent emails and tried numerous times to start a return on website and have had NO response. My sales is suppose to be Final and all I wanted was a replacement product thats not defective. After the poor customer service, I wish a credit for product and shipping. ****************

      I ordered a bundle, blue and black giant orthopedic dog bed and blanket. Paid for it. After several emails blaming delivery I got email saying they were out of the bed pick another. After trying to get help i ordered another bed. I got it today. Its a ugly cheep brown not orthopedic bed and no blanket. Trying and tried to get help from them.
