      I received part of my bundle and have called left messages for over a week no one has called back and there is no customer service. I have emailed and ******** all for nothing. My bank can not send back the transaction because I received part of the order

      I have shopped from Paw.Com several times, and have always loved the items I received from them. They were always high quality and cute. However, I ordered during the sale and got the bed/blanket combo and only received the bed. I have tried to reach out to the company through various medias and have not heard anything. very disappointed:(

      We appreciate your support and value your past and current purchases. There is a high likelihood that your order was split and is being sent from two different couriers. Due to the holiday season, many of the couriers have been experiencing delays - thank you for your patience.

      I purchased the large pup protector for $179, order number ******. The large is too big for my sofa. I have attempted to exchange it for the smaller, original size. I started the exchange process but the site wont allow me to exchange it. I can only exchange for the same size. If I return the item, I will be charged a $19 processing fee. Ive emailed, called and left messages for customer service daily for the past 4 days, with no response. Since I havent heard back from Paw, Im going to contact my bank and see if they can help. I will never buy from this company again.

      The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because I can't give it zero and because the blanket that did arrive was a pretty good quality blanket my doggy loves it and I'm sad that the rest of my order did not arrive. I ordered three items for a holiday sale of they delivered one I have emailed them three or four times nothing nothing back I have reached out through Instagram and now I'm going to be calling them soon I definitely will not order from the them again as I have never gotten the items I still am paying for. my poor puppy is still sleeping on the floor.

      I ordered the dog bed and blanket combination. The package arrived with only the dog bed. I paid for both items. I have emailed multiple times and left voice mails over the last week and have not gotten a response. I will not order from this company again.

      Ordered a dog bed, because the old one got a hole in it and the stuffing was falling out. Placed order on 10/12/2022. Item has still not arrived and cannot get a response from the company. Meanwhile my dog is sleeping on the floor.

      RE: Order #******. Items shipped and delivered are not what I ordered. They sent me 2 faux fur orthopedic beds instead of the PupProtector Cool Comfort Waterproof Blankets. I've made dozens of calls but no one ever answers, left voice mails to no reply, emails with no replies, DM's on ******** and Instagram..no replies. All I want is what I paid for and my only recourse I guess is to start a charge back with my credit card company since they will not reply. I see this is the norm per other complaints on BB and Trust.org. What a horrible business practice to have ZERO customer service after the sell. They delete any negative comments on ******* to hide this information.
