I was offered a free vacation and was told that I only had to pay the taxes (249 00 dollars ) and I had 18 months to book the vacation. I paid the taxes and booked the vacation a year later and was told i needed to pay 249 dollars for resort fee I again paid that. I have reached for weeks trying to confirm the vacation and have not got a response. I would like a refund.Business Response

The week of January 15, **** I was contacted by my clients stating they were unable to get ahold of Redeem Vacations after paying hundreds of dollars to plan a trip using a Redeem Vacations voucher. The resort option they were given was absolutely HORRIBLE, thus my clients requested a different resort. My clients and I have BOTH submitted tickets for a call back to resolve their issue (since there is NO contact number on their website) and have not heard ANYTHING! This company is an absolute SCAM!!! The fact that they take money from clients and us as travel agents just to not respond is beyond unprofessional and also reflects a negative light on my business. If a client is simply wanting to change their resort, why is no one calling back to assist us? I may now lose clients due to this lack of communication from Redeem Vacations since they've been scammed out of their money. Redeem Vacations needs to refund my clients IMMEDIATELY or contact us to assist with their upgrade.Business Response

They don't respond they don't pick up the phone and they have not refunded money due back to me. They are a scam! they don't want to help or assist. No room available at all. Full refund of money paid for this. They don't care and have hundreds of complaints online. This conmpany needs to be stopped doing business.

I received a "complimentary" vacation through Redeem Vacations but, of course, had to pay a fee to activate the vacation. I paid the fee for two separate vouchers to ********* and *********. When i tried to book a vacation to *********, there was not one date available for the entire year. I tried to do the same thing in *********. I have emailed Redeem Vacations about this and have not received any response. I just noticed today that both of my vacations now say EXPIRED. Total scam!!!Business Response

I have received multiple emails and texts asking for my contact information and I have replied to all of these with my contact information, including my direct phone number, but they never call or respond. A few days later I receive another request for my contact information. I believe these requests are sent automatically hoping people will just give up. I'm more frustrated and upset with this company than before and am confident this is a scam.

12/12/23 my husband and I spoke with *************************** about the vacation we "won". We had already shared with her that we were wanting planning a family vacation to *** summer of ****. So winning this trip would be a great asset to that trip. We were told we could use it for our family of 4, use it in the summer, and would have a choice of hotel but we had to pay the taxes first, before we could confirm. Those plans. We asked to speak to the person over the arraignment of that trip, but due to the timer ticking down we needed to submit first. After paying, we were able to see there are zero days available summer of **** or **** and the only few available dates that are available only have 1 option of a hotel and it is in Washington Heights, which is not a place I would allow my children to stay. I have requested a refund in 2 separate emails to redeem vacation and a message ******* about a refund. I have received no response from redeem vacation. ******* said she would be happy to book our summer vacation but has no control over the free vacation that we "won" from her.Business Response

When I signed up with Redeem Vacations I was promised an option of four different five-star hotels. As I'm trying to book my trip, the 5-star hotels that were promised when I signed up are not showing as options. The hotels that were promised when I signed up were *********** ************** Bay at *******, *********** **** Real at Dreams, *********** ************ at Hilton, Las Residencias At ************. The only options that show up now are 3-star hotels, which I did not sign up for. I have tried to reach out to Redeem Vacations four different times and they have never gotten back to me. This company is very decietful by claiming "no blackout dates" but I can't redeem a vacation for 6 months? After promising me a refund they refused to give me one because I posted a negative review on trust pilot and told me only would credit me if I removed the review. I have received a free vacation to ***. All I had to pay were *********** which was $194.40 in October 30th. I reached out regarding a refund because Im starting a new position at my ******* have required training that CANT be missed so Im not able to make it on the dates of the reservation. I reached out one time via chat & was representative stated a refund can be possible , just had to explain the reasoning why . I reached out again and they informed me Im not able to change my dates on my reservation or theyre not giving refunds which is unacceptable & unaccommodating because things happen in peoples personal lives & refunds should be granted!
