My hematologist also gave specific instructions on stopping and restarting blood thinners and later revised the paperwork to say low thrombotic risk as Seduction requested.Despite complying in full and receiving confirmation from Seduction that I was good to go, they canceled my surgery just three days before the scheduled date of June 18, 2025. The next day, I received a text saying I no longer had an appointment on file. When I called, I was either kept on hold for over 30 minutes or hung up on.I emailed their refund department (which has no phone number), and they told me I was not eligible for a refund even though Seduction canceled the surgery, not me. On the date of March 4, 2025, I wanted to have a breast augmentation procedure done. I gave them a $5000 deposit on March 7th ************************************** not to have this done because of my condition, to not have the procedure done. I put in the request for a refund of my $5000. I did not have any test done nor did I make an appointment to have the procedure done, all I did was give them the deposit. When I filled out the information to have the request done for a refund. It stated that it would only take 3 days for them to respond back, and then I would have to wait for my refund. It is now 14 March ************************************************************************************* When I called the company. They said they have nothing to do with it. I am just asking for my refund back as I do qualify for it. I gave them my phone number, along with my email and they have refused to respond back. I also explain to the seduction cosmetic company that I was here on vacation, and I was referred to them from my daughter-in-law who had gone to see them and had procedures done with them. I spoke with the lady by the name of ******* she was very kind and helpful until I ask for a refund. I dont believe I should be treated the way on being treated. I did receive the refund, which I am not happy. I gave them $5000 and they only refunded me $4000. I have never made an appointment with them or had any test or doctors appointments that they require me to do. I dont plan on making an appointment to go back to them because of my health I was advised by My doctor and family that I cannot have the procedure done. They said well you signed a form which I dont agree with because I never had any test or appointments made why theyre keeping $1000 is beyond me. I do believe they should refund it back to me.

Unfortunately, while I was very scared waiting to go into the operating room, I was forced to buy a post-op package that I didnt need.******* announced the post-op package would cost me $700.00 and said it needed to be paid in cash. I didnt have the cash on me and was very anxious when she suddenly sprung this on me.The contract actually says If you choose to obtain a Post-Operative Treatment Package, verbatim. So the package was a choice!I left to go get cash and when I couldnt get it without a debit card, I was able to Zelle the money. I noticed ******* put a ton of pressure on me and whoever gave me the green light over the phone to ***** the money for the post-op package. It was super suspicious to me that she wanted cash only. Ive never heard of a surgeons office with this practice!Second, I didnt get everything in the post op package that was promised. And some of what I actually got was problematic.a) The surgical garment I got was massiveway too big even when I was at my most swollen.I have been getting the run around every time I try and speak to someone about this issue. It was mentioned to me that I shouldnt have allowed the employee to pressure me into buying, and she was acting alone. However, the pressure she put on me by announcing I had to pay was intense during a time when I was so vulnerable.Its worth adding that I came prepared with my own garments and everything I needed, but this woman told me my garments wouldnt work. The only thing I can really say I got was the post-op massage, which was great and worth $100. With that said, there is around $500 that is unaccounted for and the entire stressful situation on me was unacceptable. Thank goodness the surgery itself went well, the surgeon and initial sales coordinator were incredible.The issue is with the person who chose to force my hand in buying a package I didnt need to buy. I am rejecting this response because:
There was never prior discussion about the preop package. The only thing I have is the actual contract stating that the package is optional.Since they dwelled on this in their response, Ill address it as well. Again, I brought my own sterile faja, foams and boards with me and informed staff. I never wanted their faja in the first place.
Staff member told me I had to buy their faja and it would be put on me right after surgery. Of course the super oversized faja was worn because they forced it on me. When I asked for a new one, they would not accommodate me.

I am rejecting this response because:As soon as I got the texts, I was confused for a few reasons. 1) Every other surgery Ive had comes with medications. 2) The image from the messages present a la carte pricing. And 3) Even if I had consented to the full package, in the messages, it says $623, not $700. This is inconsistent.
4) I called them. Theres a big chunk of conversation missing. Its really misleading to use these texts
5) Once again, the actual contract states the post op package isnt mandatory because it says if you choose a post op package

I reached out to the clinic because I heard good things about Dr. ***** and wanted a tummy tuck and lipo. Originally scheduled for August but need a little more time to pay, called and asked specifically if Dr ***** had an availability in Dec.. the representative said yes and we scheduled my new date. Was looking on their page and realized my doctor wasnt on there anymore. I immediately called the clinic asking questions and asking for a refund because nobody emailed or informed me that ***** didnt resign her contract with them but went to another clinic. I wouldve traveled to Seduction unknowingly and they wouldve put me with a random unknown doctor when I got there. thats just crazy and unethical. Of course the clinic lied saying they sent me a email (definitely did not)to let me know. Was told to email their refund company and they denied my refund. I plan on calling the labor board in ******* because this is NOT fair to the consumers! I signed a contract with ************************** / Seduction Cosmetic Center on July 29, 2024, for a cosmetic procedure (Tummy Tuck + Liposuction). I am rejecting the business response because it is incorrect.

On February 3, 2025, a representative from Seduction Cosmetic Center sent me a text message (attached) stating that the correct email for refunds is *******************************************************.
I followed their instructions and sent my refund request to the email they provided, yet they now claim that I used the wrong email.
I have also attached proof of my original email and my follow-up attempts.

The companys mismanagement of my case has caused significant stress and unnecessary delays.
I was never properly informed that I would lose my deposit under these circumstances.

Did not refund my money though I was promised MULTIPLE times on the day of my scheduled surgery that I would be refunded as THEY were the ones who cancelled my surgery and since that time nearly all of their surgeons have left. I was told by the operator that they do not have a billing department and if I was calling to talk about a refund then they only communicate via email. On about 5 November, I received a call from a representative from seduction cosmetics after speaking with them. It was agreed that a mommy makeover would begood for me and I gave them a $750 deposit on my credit card that day then on or about November 12 I had my financial advisor with ****** ******* wire over ****** additional dollars and spoke to the same representative from seduction cosmetics and set the surgery date for December 3 and I specifically asked her if that was enough time for me to get all the pre-testing done I had to have and she said it would be close, but yes, she didnt see why we couldnt get it done so then I proceedto get pre-testing done And I find out that things take time in the in the health industry cause I had to have blood work I had to have chest x-rays. I to have a EKG clearance from a cardiologist which I didnt get the specific list until after I transferred them the money the whole entire timeI had conversations with their representative. I never received what Pre Op tests I needed. I was assuming maybe just some bloodwork They have refused to refund my money because my EKG came back abnormal that made me think I was in a candidate for surgery and had told them that information and asked for a refund. I also bought plane tickets for my December 2 or December 3 surgery date to whichwere useless Because I couldnt get my preop stuff done in time. I was not guided properly by their consultants and then after I find out that I get a refund from them I start reading about them. This is a general practice for them on top of that they had me contact theelite care hotel and I gave them a $417 deposit for my aftercare room never signed any documents And when I called the hotel to cancel my stay they wont refund my money. I am rejecting this response because in Section 3 of the contract it the contract states If your procedure(s) are cancelled, for any reason whatsoever, and such cancellation occurs thirty
(30) or more days before the scheduled procedure(s) (or at any time if no procedure has been
scheduled), then you shall be entitled to the Amount Due less the Deposit. If the Amount Due
was not paid in full, then the refund shall consist of the amount then-paid to Seduction, less the
Deposit.My scheduled surgery is greater than 30 days in the future. Therefore, I should be entitled to a refund of at least $1100

I inquired about a procedure in August of 2024 just to get pricing for an eye procedure. Dayron from the facility called me to talk more on depth about the procedure I was looking for and the cost. He asked me to send him a picture of my eyes in which o did never mentioned this was a consultation. He told me that they had a special going for ***** and if I paid a deposit it would lock my price in up to 18 months. I told him I would call him back he then called me back and said they take affirm and sent me a link I applied and was approved. However, at the time I didnt know the affirm account was under my daughters name. My daughter and found out the account was under her name when she tried to purchase airline tickets through affirm and the codes they were sending her to verify her identity was coming to my phone and I didnt know why I kept getting all these codes until she asked me could I check into her account to see why she cant purchase tickets upon looking o saw the charge for Nadir surgery center and had no clue who they were when I had the agreement with Seduction Cosmetic Center. I then reached out to ****** explaining the situation and why I needed a refund one because the affirm account didnt belong to me. He then responded I needed to send a email to the refund department which I did with a follow up email when I never got a response. I then texted ****** back telling him that I have emailed the refund department with no success. I never received a response until my daughter filed a dispute with affirm then I got a response asking why I wanted to cancel when I wasnt canceling anything because I never scheduled a date. I then get a resolution email from affirm stating that its been resolved. So I checked and they only refunded 1500 when I paid 2500. So I called affirm asking why was there still a balance and they said that they charged me a ***** for a consultation fee when I never had one and that I signed a document.
