  After many challenges, the **************** Manager, *****************, made every effort to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. Before his involvement I would give a failing rating of zero stars. The President of the company did right by ** and our project is finally complete and I am very grateful that this company did not abandon ** during a difficult installation process. They showed moral integrity and admitted to mistakes and committed to correcting them.

  I had a great experience with Alco my representative *************************** was very professional and helped me chose my doors and windows and suggested I go to a showroom to see them in person. I chose a beautiful door that everyone compliments. My installers where professional too they were on time and finished the install quick. They also have the best customer service team if you have any issues they come right away. I would highly recommend ALCO!!!

  **** recently completed a job at my parent's home. We are pleased with the windows installed. Special thanks to the diligence and amazing client attention we received from Customer Success Manager *****************, he kept ** updated throughout the process and found resolutions for any obstacles to get this job completed with satisfied customers. Thank you as also to ******** in engineering and ******* as well. We would recommmend Alco and return as customers in the future.

  We had indeed a great experience with ALCO windows and doors ! The sales representatives were very knowledgeable, the installers did a great job and were very profesional and clean .. the project manager always made sure everything was done well , also everyone in ALCO back office was very helpful answering all the questions about the status of the order and installation day ! I would definitely recommend ALCO !

  I had a great experience with Alco Windows and Doors. The project manager, ****, was very on top of things. Our installers *************, and ****** were excellent! Our new windows look beautiful and we have already received lots of compliments on therm. If youre in the market for impact windows and doors, I would definitely recommend Alco!

  Communication was great, and everyone was very knowledgeable in their role. I definitely recommend this company. The project manager Mr. R*******, and the installers, Patty (Sales Manager) and Mr. Allan G*****-Customer Success Manager were great from beginning to end making sure every detail of the job was completed.   We’ve had three different window/door installations from different companies, and this company was top notch. The owner, the supervisor (Alex), and the installers were knowledgable and very helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely hire them again. Great company and service!
