    Overall, my experience with this company was positive. I ordered all of 14 windows and 3 doors in late April of 2022, knowing that the delivery would be delayed due to post-pandemic supply chain issues as well as just to overall demand for impact windows is South Florida. My salesman, Carlos A. was definitely the one who sealed the deal (not to mention their prices were the lowest of three quotes I received). He was very straightforward and honest and did not pressure me at all. My installation job (in Jan. 2023) went very well, especially Mr. Elvis S. and his team of installers. They really knew what they were doing and were very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I must say I was a little nervous about the execution of the alteration to the front entrance of my home, but they executed it all in one day and to perfection! After the installation was complete, there were a couple of outstanding issues that did take a couple of weeks to resolve, but they were ultimately resolved to my satisfaction due to the diligence of the project manager, Mr. Alejandro C.. All in all, this project went way better than I expected and what a difference it made to my home! This is a big investment and I would definitely advise anyone who is contemplating impact windows/doors for their home to give Alco a call!

    The purpose for this review is not only to give credit where credit is due but also to make it easier for someone in the market for hurricane impact windows and doors to make a decision of what company to choose. As an architect/project manager, with over twenty-six years of experience, I have been fortunate to head many medium to large-scale complex projects and I am well versed in building codes, construction administration as well as construction means and methods. During my due diligence process, I had the opportunity to get a good assessment of this company from warehouse receiving all the way up to the owner. While attending the grand opening of their new showroom in ************, I asked various general industry and technical questions. Most of the answers were on point and if they did not know an answer, I was told that they would research it and get back to **** consider ALCO Windows and Doors to be a professional, competent organization that listens to their clients needs and provides excellent products and work. As I monitored the entire installation process, I can attest that everything was executed correctly according to ************************ practices and in compliance with Building Code requirements, in some cases exceeding those requirements as sometimes job site conditions dictated applications that needed to be more stringent. The products they use, manufactured by ************** are, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck. I reviewed the Miami Dade County Product approvals for the various brands and realized that these windows and doors exceeded the manufacturing quality and performance of the other brands to include thicker gauge aluminum frames and higher wind load design pressures outperforming higher priced brands such as PGT and CGI.Pricing is fair for the level of work they provide. I can honestly recommend ALCO Windows and Doors as a superior impact windows and doors contractor.

    Alco is a great company. Their jobs are quick and efficient and most importantly they are clean! When I did my windows back in 2020,I had asked for 3-4 different estimates from different company’s. They were the definition for bang for your buck. Will recommend to friends and family. -**** ********

    Placed my order during the Covid pandemic, with all of its supply delays. Very much appreciate the great work by Allen G*****, ALCO to intervene and convey the urgency to supplier to finally correct and deliver my order. Once the correct materials were in house, the ALCO team were quick to schedule and install my order. Thanks to Yadan for his special attention to my installation. In the end, you want to know that the Contractor (ALCO) will be there and stand behind your contract on an important project for your home. ALCO came through, and I appreciate it.
