  I am very happy with the enclosure of my terrace, all the guys involved in the construction were excellent, professional, polite, punctual. There was a lack of communication at the beginning by the administrative part, but the final result was so good that it did not affect my review.

  Alco Windows and Doors installed my new Impact windows and doors at my home. Their service was excellent. The sales person, was very professional, very knowledgeable, always on time and very quick to response to any questions I had. The installers were also very professional, clean and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this company. I have recommended this company to many of my friends.

  Alco is a great company. The installation of the windows went smoothly without a hitch. I would recommend them to everyone. They even clean your floors. Very friendly installers. Thank you ****. Ive already talked to my neighbors next door and upstairs and they said they like the slider windows. Im sure theyll go with Alco. The price was below what others charge which is a plus.

  Have been trying to get a written quote for over a month. Was excited because of ****'s good reputation, and how quickly I got the initial consult. But the consultant ***** has refused to provide his quote in writing. I was told after my consultation that a quote would be sent to my email. After a week I checked and was told 'whoops, what was your email again?' A week after that I was told that the information had been lost and either way, I could not be provided a written quote because he could not have the same price written down that he gives me verbally.After hesitantly agreeing, I was told that all the information would be in the contract, but that he would come to me and I would need to sign it right then, and afterwards I could get a copy of it and would have 30 days to change my mind.After calling in to HQ and explaining the troubles I had, I was told that it's not useful for the consultant to waste their time giving me a written quote. Either I sign a contract based on what I was told verbally or not, and I'd have *3* days to change my mind.All I wanted was a written quote so that I could take time to read it and understand the work before signing anything. The fact that 'the written quote can't say the price I told you' screams to me that either I'm being scammed or he is trying to scam the company. Either way

  Installers came on time did an excellent job .Excellent job cleaning up after work was completed. The office staff was great calling with follow up letting you know the status of the order.Special thanks to office staff ***** she was kind and made me feel very appreciated.I also think pricing was reasonable
