  This company is not a reliable company Alco Windows does not follow protocol.I happen to have signed a co tract June 2nd, 2023.I am still waiting to get any answers from them. I have a payment plan with them and I do not have any intentions to make any payments to Alco Windows. Alco Windows is not a company who provides customer service.It takes the employees days to answer back.To me and to other customers, it is very disrespectful. If Alco Windows wants to consider keeping their customers happy instead of Threatening them to put a customer like myself into collection and pay 30% because I want to cancel my order, and ***** a customer service representative has to audicy to tell me that I had 3 days to cancel my order from the time that I signed the contract.Alco Windows sales rep informed me that the windows would be installed within three months from the signing date. Nine months have passed and I had to call them which I did not have any answer then I had to email ***** and that was when she decided to answer me back.This is not the proper way to treat a customer or any human **************************** do not have the right to threaten anyone especially when they did not abide by what they promised I am too tired of their run around and I do not have any intentions to give them my business. Also, what truly *****, is what they blame everything on ************** who happens to be the manufacturer, instead of accepting that Alco is the one who is making all of the mistakes and causing for customers to wall away.If you are to choose **** please choose another Windows company you will be better off.

  5 stars isnt enough! Great experience working with ALCO Windows and Doors. JC (sales ***** ***** (customer service), ****** and ***** (installation) and ******* (job supervisor) were amazing in their professionalism and truly take pride in the service they provide. Definitely recommend!!

  My husband and I met Alco Representatives at the ************** ********* and were impressed with the staff who were knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. They gave us realistic expectations on delivery time of a few months and actually delivered a few weeks early. The communication during the waiting time was excellent and regular. We never felt like we were forgotten or pushed to a back burner. There was an issue on installing the door handles, but it was a manufacturing issue. **** stayed on top of it and assured us they stood by their contract and satisfaction. The installers were very professional and detailed.Its rare to find a company these days that stands by their products and handles customer service calls efficiently and pleasantly! We love our new double front doors.

  After enduring jalousie windows for too many decades, I finally had impact windows and a door installed in my *********** condo. So very glad that Alco Windows and Doors came to the rescue. From the first contact, through the selection of windows, the measurements, the permitting, and installation, everyone on the Alco team was a pro: patient, courteous, exacting, thorough, and all taking great pride in their work. Grateful to have been so completely at ease with the big project. The benefits of excellent hurricane windows, professionally installed, has enormously improved my condo appearance, energy use, noise abatement, and peace of mind.****************

  Excellent work by the team assigned to put in my hurricane windows. ******* team showed professionalism throughout the entire installation. They were timely, very courteous and took their time in getting the job well done. I am very happy with the entire cycle from start to finish, and all the **** people I dealt with were outstanding.
