    Company refuses to give me my refund after they received their merchandise back. Going on two months now nearly still will not refund my money nearly $600.

    They continue giving me the runaround and using it for an excuse they know they have the information because they received the money already for the charge back so they can send me my refund!! I am tired of this and if you look at the reviews. I am not  the last persons done this too. They receive their merchandise and they refuse to send me if I refund.

    The customer filed a charge back with their bank which eliminates the possibility of us refunding the transaction. The transaction is being held by the merchant processor and the credit card company they filed a charge back with. In the future I suggest you avoid filing a charge back if you wish for a speedy resolution.

    The customer filed a charge back with their bank which eliminates the possibility of us refunding the transaction. The transaction is being held by the merchant processor and the credit card company they filed a charge back with. In the future I suggest you avoid filing a charge back if you wish for a speedy resolution.

    I have purchased a downpipe from company which on the website was the wrong downpipe for specified vehicle I then returned in unused prestige condition back to company paying for shipping on my own, and reordered downpipe that was correct for our vehicle, was then told I will receive refund in full for part with no restocking fee, since I had made another order with them and paid in full 269$ for the correct part from the company. It has been 3 weeks or more and the guaranteed refund was within **** business days? I have tried to communicate with them daily and have received apologies but I did not get my shipping money or the part money back for the downpipe I sent back and they have had in their possession since sept 14th 2023? It is now October 4th I want my money back 269$ with interest and the shipping money I spent on my own $25.

    I ordered the wrong part by mistake, then I ordered the correct part and returned the original wrong part in perfect condition as it was send to **** paid for overnight delivery and didn't receive it for almost 4 days. This company has received the return by overnight delivery that I paid once again for to speed up the refund process. I was told first it had to be examined to make sure it was in the same new condition. After almost two weeks of waiting for it to pass inspection now I still have not been issued a refund.

    Vrsf refuses to provide me with data to replace a bolt on their product that prevents me from operating the equipment safely. I purchased the part second hand and it is branded as a charge pipe for a b58 gen 1 engine. They refuse to tell me which MAP sensor bolt to use since mine broke and I just need a replacement. This refusal leaves me Ina ******** to be financially liable 2x fold to purchase another product entirely since they refuse to provide me with help to replace the bolt.

    Unfortunately we can not offer support for products purchased second hand due to the inability to prove the part is actually our brand which may lead to the customer damaging their off branded part.

    I'd suggest the customer run to their local hardware store to acquire the necessary hardware for their third party purchase.

    I want to go to my hardware store to ************ but VRSF refused to tell me the size! That's the problem here. They tell me to replace it but won't tell me what to replace it with.

    We purchased one of their products from an authorized distributor.However, VRSF who is the manufacturer of the product refuses to provide us with any technical support thus rending the product unusable due to safety concerns. VRSF also refuses to provide installation instructions for the products that they manufacture. This results in a very serious safety issue because I must guess what they had in mind concerning the installation.

    On April 29, ******************************************************** May, 2022 I noticed that they sent the wrong downpipe and I contacted them to get the correct replacement. I returned the original part and purchased the replacement, per their instruction, so that I could get the replacement part sooner. I completed the necessary transaction on May 31, 2022, and I shipped the original (wrong) part back same day, *** tracking# 1Z21W91R0333826191. on my return package I included their instruction to use RMA#****** and return to *************************************************. On June 3, 2022 I was informed that the warehouse manager received my return and I am to expect a refund of $399.99 + taxes, within **** business days. By June 10, 2022 no refund (reached out to VRSF), June 13th no refund (reached out to VRSF). June 18th no refund (reached out to VRSF), June 23rd no refund (reached out to VRSF), June 24th no refund (reached out again to VRSF), June 28th same, June 30th same no refund, Then from July onward to this day, VRSF has not responded to any correspondence. I then contacted my credit card company (PayPal) to file a dispute and VRSF is unwilling to respond or provide me my refund as promised.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have attempted to contact VRSF directly and they have not responded in any Kind. They have failed on multiple occasions. I am open to direct communications with VRSF, however they don't respond to any of my attempts.  I don't understand how this can be "too old" and that they would provide me with a chargeback in a different format. Given that criteria, I want my money back and I do not want in store credit or anything of the sort. I want my money back. I am willing to come to an agreeable solution as long as all parameters are consistent.

    I have contacted VRSF multiple times about a product that will not fit on my car and they refuse to issue me a refund or exchange the part that couldn't fit.

    These are test fitted before shipping and fitment confirmed. We recommended to ensure the o-ring is placed inside the charge pipe groove, lube up the o-ring, ensure the charge pipe is not connected anywhere else, line up the ****** with the throttle body to ensure the charge pipe goes over parallel to the throttle body and use a rotating action to fit the charge pipe on. This will require a hard push to install as a firm connection is necessary. The throttle body connection should be made first, before the lower charge pipe connection. Otherwise, we recommend bringing it to a professional shop where they've had experience installing charge pipes.

    I ordered a charge pipe from vrsf for $219.99 order # ********* .VRSF offers a lifetime warranty, but refuses to honor it. *** contacted them multiple times regarding fitment issues, ridding of the steering rack, not being able to turn while driving and boost leaks. VRSF customer service has been nothing short of a joke. I sent over picture and video proof, and they still couldnt see how it was ridding, when you could see the marks left.I will be contacting my credit card company about this aswell.VRSF is scamming customers, offering fake warranties, and selling bad parts.

    Based on pictures provided from the customer in July, we recommended rotating the clamp. Also recommend loosening the middle section and rotating both pipes so they're farther from the steering axle. Customer had received an updated version of this charge pipe that had corrected concerns referenced in their initial communication with us. If customer would like to verify they received the updated version they can send us a photo of the full charge pipe for our technical manager to verify.

    Confirmed that they received my brand new un opened item but have not refunded me, has been almost three weeks since they received my return. They told met hey would be refunding me and eventually stopped communicating after several emails asking where my refund is. I would like a FULL refund.
