    bought a charge pipe and overnight shipping. it costed me 71 dollars and they never specified that i needed a signature. i need my part today and fed ex took it back because they said i needed a signature which also didnt specify. i checked the website order, my email confirmation, and fed ex all before my package arrived and nothing was said about any type of signature. Now i paid 70 dollars for no reason and my product is coming late. i will never order from this company again and i suggest if u do never to buy their fast shipping its a straight scam. i contacted them and asked for a refund on the shipping and they told me no because they said they told me i needed a signature in my emails. i rechecked those emails 3 times and couldnt find the spot where they told me i needed a signature i have photo proof and still tried to get a refund and still no response or anything back from the company. now im forced to not have a car for the weekend and have to wait until monday to get my product and then fix my car. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL BY THEM AND SUGGEST NO ONE ORDERS HERE. As for me im already done with this company unless they wanna refund my 70 dollar shipping. the proof is in the pictures they didnt specify nothing to me and claim they did so they wont refund me my shipping costs that i paid extra for. absolutely ridiculous.

    I ordered a part from VR Speed Factory, it was a Charge Pipe (SKU: 10301050-6SPD) to replace my factory pipe that broke, I ordered the extra o-ring pack (SKU: ******) and an extra charge pipe c-clip (SKU: ******). I ordered the o-ring and c-clip extra to be on the safe side seeing as it says that in the listing for the Charge Pipe kit that why we include everything necessary to replace your flimsy OEM chargepipe, but the problem is that when my order arrived to the house, it was missing the screws to attach the MAP sensor, the o-ring for the lower charge pipe tube as well as the C-clip and O-ring that I ordered extra. I contacted VR Speed Factory and talked with ****, he said to send a picture of everything in the box as well as the packing slip I told him that I needed to get to work so I had to go get screws and o-rings from a local hardware store to make it work and **** said nothing we can do once its been installed, I also stated in another reply to him that Im not asking for a refund of the entire order, just the parts that didnt get shipped to me the O-ring ($14.24) and C-clip ($23.74). I also asked him to provide to me on the website where the policy states that a picture needs to be provided in order for a refund to be executed. **** has been less than helpful and rude, which is a shame because the product itself was amazing, fit exactly as intended and the finish of the parts was stellar (minus the missing things).

    **** keeps mentioning that its company policy that a photo must be taken pre install of parts with packing slip and box, but nowhere on the website does it state that policy, as well as not on any emails I received. Im not asking for a refund on anything installed, or the parts that i purchased from the hardware store, only asking to be refunded for the parts that i paid for and never received.

    I ordered a downpipe for my ***, and then I realized I ordered the wrong part, I contacted **** which is the company I ordered from. **** ****** is the name of the guy who was helping me, he gave me directions to exchange it so I order my new one, when the incorrect downpipe arrived I immediately sent it back and kept **** aware if everything I was doing. After the package was in there hands for 2 days I replied to the email saying whats ganna happen, he replied back saying I would receive my refund to my original payment method within 7-20 days. It has been over 20 business days since then, I sent them countless emails and even starting texting them on Instagram, I even heard back from some other people saying Im not the only one being treated this way.

    I purchased a VRSF N55 downpipe for my 2012 ***, but the part did not fit my vehicle. I contacted the company right away, and they told me that an exchange would take around two months. Since I couldnt wait that long, I asked if I could return it for a refund, and they said yes.I originally paid $301.95 for the part and an additional $33.67 to ship it back to them. However, I was only refunded $119.00, and the company cited shipping and restocking fees.I believe this is an unfair refund, especially since the part was not compatible and I followed their return instructions. Losing nearly $215 is excessive for a return that was made in good faith. I am requesting a fairer refund based on the full amount I paid.

Shipping to the customer's location is non-refundable and the restocking fee of 20% is stated in the terms and conditions which the customer must approve before purchasing. After recalculating the costs, an additional $12.37 was reimbursed to the customer.

    Good afternoon, please be advised that; I am rejecting the businesss response for inaccurate. I returned the complete order exactly as received and paid for the delivery. The statement that I neglected to return 2 items totaling about $32 is not true. The part was not compatible with my vehicle,even though it was marketed for it. I returned the 3 items unused, and followed all instructions provided by the company by phone. Your refund policy is unfair an unreasonable for a return made in good faith due to product incompatibility that you are selling as compatible.  please provide a full refund with 20 day if this communication, if this matter remains unresolved, I intend to file a small claims case in ************, where I reside, as permitted under e-commerce law.

    I ordered an automotive part for a *** and they accidentally shipped out the wrong part. We got in contact with them and they told us that we needed to buy another part and send the wrong part back. We did that. They received our part on May 9 and we have proof of that through the tracking number info. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, website inquiries or even social media. They owe me a refund and for some reason won't even talk to me about it. At this point I believe they are using fraudulent business practices. All I want is a refund for the part that I returned brand new in their box.

    They only gave us a partial refund. We deserve the full amount to be processed not just a partial refund. They are the company that made the mistake of sending out the wrong part to begin with. We should not be financially responsible for their mistake. We are requesting $611 in return which is what it cost us for them to send out the correct part the second time. We also had to pay shipping cost to send them back that part as well which is another $35 in shipping so technically they should give us back $646 to cover all the costs involved in correcting their mistake.

    Website Claims 1-3 Business Day Deliveries on the East coast. Keep in mind I am ordering from the same state (*******) where they are located. I ordered another part from ********** from a different company on the same day (5-22-2025) and I have received my product from ********** and they have yet to even ship theirs out. I submitted an email to them days ago, no response. Try to call the number, always states "All **** are currently busy with another customer" When literally no one answers the phone or helps anyone on the phone. Impossible to get in contact with them. Tracking is not updated, still says labeled printed and no shipping info. Very frustrated that they dont even have the decency to respond to their customers. Paid 50$ For premium fed ex shipping and they don't care. Ship my downpipe or return my money.

    My complaint is with VR Speed Factory/VRSF. My wife purchased a Charge Pipe for my 2015 *** for a Christmas gift for me on 11/15/24 (Order#*********) which was the wrong part number by mistake. Unknown to us (until later), **** has a 30 return/exchange policy. Christmas is obviously 12/25/24 which is already past the 30 window for an exchange or refund (again,we weren't aware of the 30 policy). We live in **** so the first warmer day I had was 02/09/25 to work on my car. I opened the box & compared the parts & the part my wife purchased from **** was different than my factory part so I looked at the packing slip & the part was for a ************. I tried to call *********** are closed on the weekends. I called on Monday 02/10/25 & their phone lines were down so I left a message. ****** ***** emailed my wife stating they couldn't help us because it was past the 30 day return/exchange period. On 02/13/25 I emailed VRSF customer service to see if I could pay the shipping myself on the item that was NEVER installed on my vehicle, to receive a credit ($129.99 on sale) towards the correct part Charge Pipe ($209.99) for my 2015 *** 535i Xdrive N55 F10 which would mean that I would be paying additional money as well. **** Customer support **** ****** replied back to my message & was unwilling to assist me still stating that I was past my 30 day exchange/refund period per their ******** there were no exceptions. I then informed **** ****** that I would be leaving a negative review about ****, their customer service & that this was bad business practices. I then asked **** one last time if he would be willing to make this right with me before I made this ********* replied that this wasn't a customer service issue but a policy issue. So now I am left with a brand new in the box Charge Pipe that doesn't fit my vehicle that was mistakenly purchased as a Christmas gift that was already past the 30 day exchange/refund period before I ever even received it.

Unfortunately it looks like the return was initiated about 2 weeks after the extended return policy expired.     $419.99 was charged to my debit card, posted in checking account on 1/29/25 I have never ordered from this company.I tried calling, e-mailing and leaving messages and was told that no orders were found in my name. The bank information includes the numbers **********, not sure if that is the order number. It also says C#****. I gave both of those numbers to their customer service. I contacted the bank and cancelled that debit card.I would like a refund as I did not place this order.
