      I made an appointment and went to this location this past July. I filled out all new patient paperwork and gave them my insurance information. When it was time for the exam, most of the machines would not work. Next, I was placed in a room to complete an eye exam with a doctor who was not even present. She was extremely rude to me and did not listen when I told her the machine to do the eye exam was not working and I could not see anything. It was a nightmare! I did not feel right about my experience. I told the manager this. He apologized and said I would not be charged anything. I then went to a different eye doctor in August. Now, my insurance is denying to pay the claim for the second doctor because My Eyelab went ahead and filed a claim with my insurance. I called to explain this to My Eyelab and have them cancel their claim since I did not have a good experience and did not fully go through having an exam. They refused to help and became argumentative with me. Now I am stuck paying out of pocket. Awful place and awful experience and now I’m stuck paying for it.

      Business *****...my exam was completely wrong. When I asked for a refund they claimed I already picked up my order which I didn't receive. I've been waiting over a month for my trial contacts. Got a email saying order was ready. When I arrived to pick up order they only had 1 contact!!!!

      Extremely careless, do not pay attention to the customers. I have my wife doing an exam who does not speak English with a doctor that does not speak Spanish neither one of them understood each other, and the doctor just kept on going with total disregard what she was doing I had to step in and stop the test because she was going to give my wife the wrong prescription and didnt care one minute about it. This is the worst place Ive been.

      I wish I read the reviews first! What a scam this place is. Its a virtual exam with an optometrist that is remote and on a screen. They have a very heavy accent and I could barely understand the person speaking on the screen. They have many frames to pick from but no price listed. So when you pick out frames they then tell you a price that is way overpriced! $600 for two pairs of bifocals! I opted for the cheapest frames and single vision and intend on taking the prescription to Zenni on line. When I received the glasses 2 weeks later I could not see out of one lense. So I had to go back and do the entire exam over. They insisted it was correct! I asked them to just use my previous RX that I can see out of. I have not been able to get a prescription at this point. They are unwilling to listen to the patient. PLEASE do NOT waste your time here. Worst experience Ive ever had!

      I went to myeyelab, location ************************************************. for an eye exam.The glasses that I received are either the wrong prescription or defective.I paid $501.00 for the glasses. When I tried to return them they refused to take them back. I cannot see with them. I want the correct prescription or my money returned.Don't go to Eyelab for any reason.

      Not forthcoming with what they post for specials.. I called them 2x to inquire if they do diabetic checks & they said yes. Went in with my dad who this appointment was for and that is when I found out they do not provide that service. I would have to go to another location. Then they said in order to qualify for the "$95 special" the prescription could not go over a certain number. That is not what is posted with their advertisement of on TV. That is a case of misrepresentation. I am livid and more for my father who does not have vision coverage and this was a good way to get him glasses. I am outraged that this company lures you in with false advertisements wasting your time and if you don't know any better you have to pay the money they are asking for. Then I tried calling to complain and all I got was supervisors who could not do a thing and several disconnects with no return call. I informed them I wanted to speak to a high level manager and all they said is that they will send my phone number along with an escalated complaint. I told them "I won't hold my breath"

      THE WORST EXPERIENCE, the associates in the store are friendly but service after you pay is horrible. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my son's contact to arrive. Every time I call, I am either told by the automated messaging that his delivery date has been moved even further back. I am so frustrated with this store. I can never speak with someone at the store level to find out what is happening or to request another trial pair at this point for my son. The brand they provided was for 2 weeks wear only. Maybe other locations have better service or at least more responsive to their customers with providing honest delivery dates and timely replies but the ***************** location in ************, ******* always seems to be too busy to answer the phone and my calls always go to their call center who can not tell me anything more than the automated line.

      I wish I had read the reviews on this company. Fore wasting my time and hard earned money. This is the strangest concept. You never actually see a doctor. Even the person performing the eye exam via camera/tv is just a technician. No actual interaction with a real doctor. The eye exam was really rushed. There was no time to talk or ask questions. I felt that I was made to buy frames from this location where the selection was cheap-looking and lacking. I used insurance and still ended up walking out with a $200+ bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to cancel the order but 1. I cant get anybody on the phone that speaks English and 2. They give me the run around and offer absolutely no help. I only made an appointment at this sad place because my REAL doctor was booked for weeks out and I was desperate for a new prescription. I will never make this mistake and I hope nobody else does either. THIS IS NOT A CHEAPER OR BETTER OPTION IN ANY WAY. If anything, its a scam. This place shouldnt be in business. Thank you for taking my hard earned money. Just an expensive ******* Hopefully others will learn from my mistake. Pathetic place.

      I went to the MyEyelab in Snellville, GA. There are literally 2 employees that were super nice and helpful. It's been 3 months in and I'm out $300. The glasses that I ordered had to be remade 3 times because they kept getting my prescription wrong. It is really hard to understand the virtual doctors and they kept getting different prescriptions for me. They forgot that I had a stigmatism and the glasses were giving me terrible headaches. They also forgot to make my glasses transition. The manager ****** or *******, whatever her name is, was absolutely atrocious. I could not believe she is a manager, shame on this company for hiring such a person, she is terrible. Horrible customer service, horrible disposition and just all around nasty. Did not want to deal with her but I had to because I had no choice. Brandon however is amazing with his customer service, I dealt with him and another female employee and they were great even if they couldn't really do anything they were at least just nice. Hate to be a complainer because I rather sing praises about a company, but I had to warn others. I repeatedly went in store and held my composure, no yelling or anything but I was upset enough to lodge a complaint on the bbb. I did express my distaste and concern for the situation. After I receive my glasses I will not be going back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this experience and try to persuade others to go else where.

      I went to the ************* location in ********* **, It is approaching 2 months and the glasses are not ready. Worst service I have ever had after wearing glasses 51 years.
