      After i get my glasses i will probably not come back here ever again. The only reason im even giving 2 stars is because the Lady that helped me with my insurance stuff, *****, was super knowledgeable and really sweet. When i was signing paper work there was no questions regarding insurance. I was the one who had to bring it up to the lady up front which i found odd. Also they do not make it very clear that the person doing the exam is basically through a zoom call. After i got my prescription i asked one of the ladies by the glasses section if they could put new lenses in a pair of frames i had, she told me they could not do that. Another lady approached me after asking what kind of glasses i wanted and i told her i didn't want any and would go somewhere else to get lenses in my frames. She told me they do that so that was confusing. She did end up breaking down my insurance costs for me and everything which was awesome. They told me 2 weeks when my glasses would be done which is already a bit of a wait. I called today but had to get the actual store number from customer service to get any info as to what's going on. Finally got ahold of a real person at the store, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and i ended up having to hang up and call back because i'm at work. When i called back she immediately told me what was going on with them and that they were delayed because they had not received them in the mail. I just wish this place had better communication is all.

      Do not go to My EyeLab in **********. They did not file for insurance deductions and spent months placing the blame elsewhere. The manager and his boss have been not only unhelpful but have been untruthful to *****, where they file their payments. We are about to pay an additional $1400 just to end this because it is so frustrating. Find any other business to take your money than this one. The managers "working" this case and did absolutely nothing to help. They promised every time I called that they would address the issue and call me back and they never once did. Not. One. Time. There was no resolution to the fact that they never filed insurance. I was not surprised to come here and see the average rating was one star. I'd give less if I could.

      Please do not go to the Eyelab on *****************. in ************, *******. The branch manager and her sales associate are very rude and immature to manage a store. The Eyelab damaged my sunglasses and had them for over a month. I went to get a refund and the Branch Manager laughed at me because I complained that my designer glasses were damaged. The Branch Manager was very hostile and immature. They really need to fire the manager. I have it all on video and will be submitting it to their ***************** I was told by professional eye technicians that Eyelab is the worst in ************, *******.
