      Ive been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks. They keep escalating my calls, stating that I will hear something in ***** hours. Ive had to call back 3 times. They put me on hold and call the store, getting different story each time. The money back guarantee is a scam. The eye exam is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have recognized the this place for what it is the day I walked in for my eye exam.

      After 2 wrong prescriptions, I went back to my optometrist. Had to pay for a 3rd eye exam to be able to take the correct prescription to the store to have my glasses remade. They screwed up the prescription for my godsons glasses as well and we are on our 2nd eye exam and are bringing in his old glasses for comparison. Just save yourself the headache and go to an in-person clinic instead of this telehealth c***

      Was given the wrong prescription in 2021, didn't realize it until my next exam at another location. Was told it was my fault for not getting another exam after one year, therefore nothing they can do. I spent money on contact lenses and glasses for a stigmatism and I don't have one. I have emailed repeatedly and called again recently to get them to reopen my case. They never sent the email they promised so I can try again to get a refund. Going to file a complaint with consumer affairs. They just ignore people until they give up.

      Terrible service. Took way to long to get product. S**** up after another. Could tell once they got the money they were gonna do what they wanted when they wanted and not until they wanted. Just really poor business practice. Ill not do it again. And like someone else mentioned the 2 pairs ended up at 650 bucks. Not any where but surely not *********** **.

      I am definitely 100% NOT coming back to this place. First of all the eye exam was done remotely, so the eye doctor was not actually there to give a good prescription or an exam. My prescription was significantly higher than what it was in December of 2021, kind of concerning. Driectly after my eye exam I was forced to give a review of the store, so they can "have my prescription on file". They have to have your prescription on file by law anyways with or without a review. I will now need to go to another eye doctor to get a second opinion. After the exam they tried to push me into buying glasses, but I only wanted to order a six month supply of contacts. When they ordered the contacts they ordered a year supply instead of ordering a six month like I requested. I was told that it was $124 a box, which actually was for 2 boxes for each eye. Since they ordered it I will now have to wait until my order arrives to get a refund on the 2 extra boxes of contacts (probably have another sale trick up theres sleeve). The staff failed to follow simple directions on my order request, which made me feel like I was getting ripped off. I repeat I am not going back to this store again.

      The worse place I've ever been. They advertised 2 pairs glasses and eye exam for 95.00. Double that and only got one pair. Excuse was they gave me progressive, wtf is that. And I didn't know anything about till I took them back cause I couldn't see anything. So I get my refund but since I paid cash I'm punished and have to get a check which I will receive in 2 months. How nice. Never heard of waiting 2 months for cash purchase. Never again nor will I recommend eye******* to anyone. My eye exam was done over internet no doctor there. Their advertising is a ***** and they lack in customer service.

      This place is a shakedown. It felt like a used car dealership, including the surprise charges in the end. They charged my insurance almost a grand for 1 pair of progressives in a cheap plastic frame and then had the audacity to ask me for $80 more dollars for basic things like anti reflective coating. Why not include them? Was the $80 worth losing a lifetime of insurance money from me? If they would have been more honest, I would have made them my permanent eye care solution. I feel sorry for seniors who may not know they are being *******.

      Went to my eyelab in *************** *******.Never received the 2 pair of glasses that I ordered. Once I placed the order, I was never able to speak with a person about when the glasses would arrive for pickup. I called both the 800 number and called and visited the store where the order was originally placed.I eventually disputed this charge on my credit card. Dont ever use the company to purchase eye glasses
